i have a date scheduled for October 1st and i don't have the print out yet because i applied to get an expedited date due to my programme start date was August but it wasn't granted. so i had to go through the process of filing a new DS 160 form and also securing admission for spring so as to enable me update my profile on the UStravels.doc and go with the date i have this October. but unfortunately i haven't been able to access my profile since then as there's a change in website. I even wrote to them but i didn't get no positive feedback. please can anyone guide me on what to do next?

It didn't take me to the page where I will get a temporary account number tied to my visa payment to Firstbank. Instead after download, it takes me to that deposit slip reference number and date page. Please help me

Please help me here. I made payment for visa interview at a First Bank branch on Friday. According to Avits, I was supposed to go back after 24 hours to pick a date for my interview. However, every time that I go to their website to put my deposit slip number, I am getting an error message that; "Given payment receipt number doesn't exist". I have already submitted a support ticket. I am not sure when they would respond. Has anyone ever been in this situation before? How did you resolve it or what do you suggest I do? Thanks for your help
