White elephant project. This is not the need of Anambra state. This is supposed to be private sector driven. Government has no basis to be engaging in building hotels or recreation center. Is thriving landmark owned by govenrment? Some things are better left for private sector

Anambra's single lane and dilapidated, narrow roads need to be dualised. Tiny one lane roads yappa for Anambra state. And they're not even tidy .

Your stupidity end on social media, Infrastructure going on in Anambra is beyond match by any governor currently and he is doing all these without borrowing 😄 Most of the projects are: Fun City Awka, Ten Storey Five Star Hotel, Solution Innovation District Awka our Silicon Valley, Five hospitals, Two flyovers, New government house and lodge, Obosi Drug Distribution Hub, Mixed Use industrial park at Orumba, road construction across the state including dualisation of many roads, he is doing all these without borrowing.
A white Elephant means an unnecessary project by Government.
You’re enlightening him with insults. I didn’t bother to read cos you sound pained for no sensible reason.

Skyscrapper to be inhabited by who?

Bro, the east is the most densely populated area in the whole of west Africa. Government is not telling you that because of "allocation politics ". To house the teeming population that will even increase in the coming decades, tall skyscrapers are only the best alternatives. Just as they do in Asia.

That is if you want to protect morenof the ecosystem. Lots of families are already at war because there are no spaces to build in the villages, especially in Imo and Anambra. Therebis no other alternatives for cities like Aba, Onitsha, Owerri and Enugu. Even PH.

Infact, "skyscrapers" are already springing up in places like Onitsha and Aba by themselves. If not for the Anambra states ban not to build more than 5 stories in Onitsha, they would have started building up to 7 to 10 floors by now. With the exploding population,
you continue to build bungalows and you would have rannout of space in two decades.

In your bid to give undue credit to obi you disparage a working governor who exposed many of the propagandas credited to him, if you don't like soludo because he didn't support obi's candidacy, it is well within your rights, but you cant flaw him for doing the right things!

By the way, the only reason Anambra has is better than others is because of its proximity to South South, we don piss for their head small🤣🤣🤣

Anambra has always been a land of historical events, very strategically located and of great cultural heritage. Go and read your history, ofeke!

Anambra is sitting on billion barrels of oil and gas. He are well traveled, highly educated and exposed. Our human capital dwarfs what you have in all of your corrupt laden South South.

Anambra and Enugu should collaborate and work strictly on very tight security measures in the state such that those bastards giving us a bad face will be apprehended in their various spots. Both governors should deploy technology-driven solutions to tackle security too. Some groups of armed bastarsd can't continue to kidnap and kill citizens at will and going scot free without trace.

Ebonyi has a stadium along Old Enugu Road. And a second stadium still under construction. The governor is just 1 year old and will still complete it. As for the airport, if it doesn't resume by December this year call me bast@rd.

Ebonyi is a useless worthless backward state. Ebonyi has the poorest indigenes in Nigeria but the state wasted money to build useless amusement park they called airport. The same useless airport has refused to work because no airline wants to go to a cursed barren state like ebonyi due to poverty

Anambra is giving attention to Onitsha, Awka building more infrastructures to upgrade Ekwuluobia to Anambra 4th city. In imo state the governor is not giving any attention to any area of imo state not even Owerri. Ozodimgba should give attention to Owerri the town is in shambolic state

Anambra is the America of ndi ebonyi. Anambra is the dreamland destination for millions of ebonyi people.

Anambra has the best infrastructures in igboland but single and double lanes. Anambra is the economic capital of igboland.

If Anambra start deporting millions of ebonyi people that ran to Anambra to live because ebonyi is a useless worthless backward state full of dilapidated obsolete infrastructures, poverty infested people, miscreants, etc. ebonyi people are more or less almajiris in igboland. So it’s an insult to even put a cursed useless state like ebonyi in the same sentence with a progressive state like Anambra.

White elephant project going down the drain like Tinapa. Govt with scarce resources .. refusing to pay N50k minmum wage shouldnt be engaging in this. Rojenny built Resort in Oba in 80s/90s.. Oscar Udoji founded FC club in 90s. Gabro/Ifeanyi founded clubs and built stadiums. With the right atmosphere and PPP arrangements, Anambra entrepreneurs can singlehandedly build this.
Soludo and co should focus on security, food security and roads. He should be dualizing Nnobi-Nnewi-Oba-Osha rd. This is an economic gateway. Completing Osha-Enugu Exp.. etc

Hello! That was rude! You probably would curse that already faulty country if the post was about a "fun city" in Europe or The Americas.
Even if you hate Nigeria, it shouldn't destroy your conscience, about what's beautiful and good.

Bros, travel! Thats all i have to say. I'm not saying this to insult, just to broaden your horizon. Travel around Asia for instance. Lets leave Europe and America for now. Asia was like Africa few years ago, so we can easily use them as examples. Have you seen almost 8 lanes each side? Thats how China builds their roads. Igboland is a densely populated per square mile like China. So they need bigger roads and more skyscrapers.

Travel, bros. Thats when you get to see that what we have here, is a colony of small thinkers as leaders. What he said about tiny roads in the south-east is very true. Anambra has a relatively good road network, but the designs of these roads are so tacky and simple. Have you been around that Awka Etiti, Neni, Adazi side during any festive season? The hold-up in those areas can match the ones in Lagos during rush hours.
Wetin dey happen for your own state and how much your governor Don borrow?
Why go to Asia when I am not interested?
Whay has your tinubu Don despite going to Asia?.

Soludo is not making noise
He is busy working
I am seeing his work
Otti is working
Peter mba is working
It's the two APC states that I don't know
No state in Nigeria is enjoying the kind of infrastructural uplift anambra is getting without borrowing.
Rest

Is teaching hospital and specialist hospital not the same thing?
Ebubu:

There's nothing that Anambra has that Ebonyi does not have, and in some, Ebonyi has it more than Anambra.

You get airport we get airport
You get stadium we get stadium
You get federal teaching hospital, we have two federal teaching hospital and one more federal specialist hospital.
You have flyovers we have more flyovers.

Our roads are wider than yours.

So what does Anambra have that great Ebonyi does not have ?
