Please I need advise on how to handle a situation..I traded with someone on a p2p platform and the person paid from a account that have the same name as his verified name on the p2p platform with “phone payment” as the narration but 2 days later my bank restricted my bank account with my money in it becos of the transaction. I called customer care and they told me the transaction was reported fraudulent. Now the bank is asking me why the person sent me money and if it’s for business transaction I should provide my company CAC and/or company ID with the receipt I issued to the person for the phone sale..I contacted the person I traded with and he said he never reported the transaction as fraudulent he said his bank as also been frozen by his account cos he had a big transaction with someone and they want him to explain the reason of transaction he had done with the person…I don’t know what to do and I don’t think I can go to the bank and explain to them that it’s from crypto transaction we had legally and show them prove..I have more than what I traded in the account but everything was frozen
Let me apologize for this but first when dealing with such huge amount it best you do p2p transactions in piece meal

Bank can't just restrict your account withiout a valid reason.

1. You exceeded the limit of your account type.

2. The money is perceived to be from fraudulent account or person.

3. Someone reported the transaction or you.

Kindly find the root of this problem before you take any step or go to the bank.

Smart move! You already have a CAC documents with an account associate with the business.
Omobola121:
It was a fraudulent transaction. Many traders on p2p were victims of this last week. My account is also affected.

Your buyer might not be the direct person that carried out the fraud. He might be like a beneficiary just like you. I think they put PND to like 7th beneficiary of the fraudulent transaction.

It will be resolved but it might take long. In my own case, I have CAC and receipt so what I did was to submit my CAC and generate receipt for the said transaction. My bank said they will get back in 7 days time.

I really don't know how you will resolve yours since they are asking you to provide CAC and receipt but once that your buyer is able to resolve his, they will free your account.

Sorry.

That's why I don't buy crypto with my major accounts.

I have special accounts I move exactly the amount I want to spend to so as to avoid issues like this.

Yes they put PND to my account and my buyer said he’s already in the process of resolving his problem with his bank…the damn problem is I can’t even go to the bank to let them know the transaction is about crypto that could’ve been straight forward but I think that might get me in another problem with the bank…
Do dead of assignment, create a receipt and you can clamyit was your own share of inheritance, find something believable.

Let's do this again. Look at the market right now. Though, always slow through the weekends... But I've got a hunch.

What do you think the move could be. Clumsy @60K already

I have looked at it. We will be looking at it from the weekly and monthly time frames.

But the fundamentals are important. The question is, what happens if the Feds cut rates by 50 basis points?

Now, looking at the chart in weekly tf, it needs to cross 60,801 to 61,124, then the target will be $63,789/$64055

As for the monthly tf, you can see that the candle should fill up and make equal length with the black one (sell).

Looking at the daily tf, you can see that the sell candle (black) got rejected at the red line I mentioned earlier, making it a kind of relief support or so.

I hope this can be achieved as we move closer to the FOMC meeting this week.

That's my bias. If not, any news can rubbish what I have posted above, and people cry blood again, but this is the anticipation.

The FED won't want to cut by 50 bps as that will.crash the market, coz even though good news, it will cause panic, and stocks will dump heavily. 50 bps will indicate an emergency cut to save the market, but 25 bps indicate that inflation is truly calming down.

Here's what I think 61.255K,then 59K. 58K. Was working on the chart yesterday....

A rate cut is good news for stocks, meaning a bigger cut takes the stock market to the moon.

Just a correction.

Inheritance is classified as windfall income...What if the bank asks him to provide evidence that he paid tax on it?

Just so you know this suggestion is regarded as a very serious fraud, if you do am for US or a country in Europe and them catch you they will lock you up for a very long time

If they list at a really good price, I will do as you have said.

But $CATI developers are rich Chinese, I am guessing they will pump it very hard at some point within the first 3 months after launch. It's a common practice. cool

Of course, rate cut is good, bullish as long as it's not in an attempt to curb an impending recession.

Here's the catch that needs to be understood :

The Federal Reserve is making every effort to prevent a recession in the United States for as long as possible since there are serious fears about its impending arrival. According to reports, they are even considering a 50 basis point interest rate drop as a means of halting the approaching recession. Not simply because the economy is robust, but because the economy is at the brink of recession.

This is simple English.

50 bps signals the rate cut is to avoid that recession immediately. And that means the recession already arrived, and but rate cut so the people won't experience it. That move could make the whales panic, and nuke.

Btc couldn't find a strong support at 61k

At this point, I’ll watch what happens!

I was already up by more than $80+ profits!
I let this trade run from 13th -16th!

If the little up move was massive and had sustained, as I thought! It would have been massive!

But my thinking didn’t make the market not to do what it wants to do!

I wanted to see how the market would react when normal trading session opens!

And the unexpected happened.
So I just have to go out like that!

Let’s see if this correction would find a new base…

If it doesn’t find a new base, then I woudnt bother going longs, I’ll just leave it to do its thing!

No better set up for an up trend
But BTC still sits in support, which is still a little bit hopeful for traders!

The only shit coin on my watch list is ADS!

If btc doesn’t hold support, then I woudnt bother buying it!

Shit coin direction moving up + btc direction moving up = super move!

Trade and think like a champion!

That Champion is in you !

The bulls are not strong enough to take over!

Mind how you buy shit coins!

Let btc give clear signal! And let support hold!

If support doesn’t hold, go out!

Support is being retested again!

The question is can support hold?
