This generation of players are really good, probably the best we've had since the '94 set...it will be a travesty if we miss out on another world cup, the likes of Lookman, Boniface, Osimhen, Onyedika etc are all in their primes. Imagine a player like Lookman or Osimhen not ever playing in a world cup in their senior international career? Walahi e no go better for NFF for destroying our football with their incompetence. 6 Likes |

Philosopher1979: I agree 7 goals in 19 appearances isn't stellar for a striker but my opinion is not restricted to his goals tally. It's more about his skillset and attributes - positioning, threat-factor, pace, game contribution and all round play. I watched the full match of Montpellier vs Nice (Akor Adams vs Terem Moffi) last season with both starting and although neither of them scored, it was as clear as day that Akor was the better striker. ,........and oh, it's not just a one-match opinion. As for Gift Orban, he can be quite anonymous in games and I'm not yet convinced about him 1 Like 1 Share |
