emkz:Obaseki was used to push Oshomhole aside, hoping Tinubu will also fall. Most of the northern governors, fayose, Amechi, Giadom etc didn't really give a damn about obaseki. Anything to get Oshomhole out of the way. That was the goal of the Aso rock cabals. Till today I don't understand how an executive president Buhari will allow a ward chairman to suspend his party's National Chairman, Oshomhole and act as if it was nothing. 5 Likes 1 Share |

Because the people haven't woken up enough from their hunger and gullible nature,to change this system and country it has to be a very radical change, that is the only language this current crop of politicial criminals we have in the system understands.what if the people of EDO STATE have overwhelmingly said ok at this point we are not voting APC or PDP and voted a 3rd force irrespective of the party insisting we want a change from these two wicked damaged parties and stand on their votes?I doubt if it will be possible for INEC or even the federal might of the government to cancel such massive votes of people in this democracy. I still believe the level of ignorance in the Nigerian system is mind boggling and pathetic |

Even though I am not an APC supporter, I hate all these noise without facts and figures. You have the results, tell us the figures your party won and the point that INEC changed it. Hope Uzodimna of Imo state went to court with copies of the results sheet. The court recalculated it and awarded him his scores. Is this not a good precedent for others. Instead the other politicians will make noise and no facts at the end. PDP should save us this noise. 2 Likes 1 Share |

PDP and their online victory game ...when are they going to learn to stop deceiving themselves...? They should better go and beg Baba Obj to come and help them work things out again because from the time he tore their card things have gone from bad to worse for the party. What he did was spiritually symbolic but they didn't know 1 Like |

1. ... on the issue 3 which concerns the rejection of the IREV results paraded by the PDP, the SC held that only the results declared by the INEC are sacrosanct... 2 ....on the IREV results ,the SC held that the IREV results are not tenable but the hard copies results signed at the poling units are.The INEC results are therefore upheld in favour of the dependents Oyetola APC vrs Adeleke PDP 2022 APC Tinubu INEC vrs Obi LP 2023 APC Tinubu INEC vrs Atiku PDP 2023 All the issues are hereby resolved against the appeallants. The appeals lack merits and are therefore struck out with #5m payable to each of the defendants (APC INEC Okpebolo) by the appelants( PDP Ighodaro) |

vowiski:That's just the gospel truth. On the day of the election, just win by all means because the court don't look at the evidence, no matter how weighty it is, the judges will always look elsewhere to stamp the election. You cited a very good example, Kogi gubernatorial election, with all the permutations in Kogi Central where the number of votes exceeded the number of accredited voters but our judiciary said, that election was the best in the annals of our voting in Nigeria. Same with Imo gubernatorial election. Same with Enugu gubernatorial election. Same with Nasarawa gubernatorial election. The way those elections were manipulated and results tampered with and they were the best thing to happen as election. Don't wait for any judiciary to upturn election for you, ensure you claim your win during the poll than being disgrace by riggers and thereby left you nicked. |

Chucks13:Why are you people always thinking anticlockwise and never apply common sense in your speech. Please are you in the moon when obidients in Edo State clearly stated that they are not supporting LP because they chose their candidate from Edo South, on the premise that it was the turn of Edo central. APC would have made the same mountainous mistake if not the intervention of their national headquarters, as they reverted the so called primary Hope Uzodima said he conducted. Edo obidients were factionalised along party lines since the day LP conducted their primary. Just few days ago, a group of Obidients still canvassed for PDP candidate, as the news was everywhere here. Besides, are you just born yesterday or you're just following political issue not quite long? How many opposition have you seen winning in any state of the federation when it comes to local government election in Nigeria? Rarely can you see opposition winning local government election conducted by SIEC of any state. Their election has always been a formality, as the state ruling party always sweep the polls. The only state governor that have conducted local government election and opposition won few seats is Governor Nasir El-Rufai of Kaduna State. Go and check the results of the one conducted last Saturday in Kwara and Imo and also go as far as checking the ones done years back and be well informed. This is one of the reasons people are glamouring that INEC should be conducting the election. Meanwhile, no doubt so many Nigerians electorates are not informed and they are easily sway by party affiliation and money bag, which is adversely affecting uncommon parties because of lack of structure at the grassroots but don't be surprise the tide may just changed in the next election because of the economy issues. Because who would have known that a supposed "4" people tweeting in a room can garner over 6m for LP at the presidential election and even winning in some key states of the federation. Please don't joke with the accompanying dynamics that may happen in 2027 because presidential election is never gubernatorial election or local government election. Bear that in mind and don't give yourself headache. |
