There's an African country which sold technology to the USA and whose technology the USA copied, guess which country.

All this within the past 40 years.

Egypt or South Africa?

That is what I'm talking about, there can't be anything more satisfying than using products you made. That is a universal class of it's own.

Imagine people bragging that they drive mercedes Benz and one person in the crowd says "I am the owner of my car", everybody will say "me too" until they understand what the guy means by "owner".

Nigerian wealthy should try to reach this level of wealth rather than importing all the time.

They thought it will be like Hamas where their people were busy taking pictures outside of Hamas local rockets been neutralized by iron dome.

It is a good thing we both agree on that. As Yorubas say, Elemi lo ma last. “Only those who can endure will see this to the end.”

And the last time I checked, only very few apartheid states survived. The US, Canada, and Australia survived. The rest, specifically those set up within the last 200 – 300 years never did. They all died miserable deaths.

From Namibia to Rhodesia (Zimbabwe) to South Africa, all the white-assed land grabbers were kicked out. It will be no different with Israel.

Yea nobody should close eye

And what was that?

If I may ask.

It seems like you were a child in 2006.

Lebanon was under siege from land and sea Beirut was pounded.

Hezbollah agreed to withdrew past the litany river that was the goal of the war.

UN forces admister the buffer zone Israel created.

The only thing they did was stop the total destruction of Lebanon and ensure their own survival.

Tell me I am wrong.

You are wrong. Isreal had the following objectives:

1. Rescue the soldiers abducted: The IDF failed on that with the dead bodies of the slain soldiers released by Hezbollah at the end of the conflict.

2. Eliminate Hezbollah rockets: NOT only the IDF fail woefully on that objective, Hezbollah's rocket attacks actually doubled till the very end of the conflict.

3. Ground Invasion of Sothern Lebanon: Now this was the icing on the cake as it was here that Hezbollah practically destroyed the myth of the IDF's invincibility. When Hezbollah started knocking out IDF Merkava armour with Russian made Kornets ATGM, and Hezbollah thoroughly embarrassed seasoned IDF units like Matkal, Egoz, and Co, inflicting serious casualties while fighting stubbornly, then the IDF knew they bit far more than they could chew.

In the very end Hezbollah basically won that war because they successfully denied Isreal of the later's strategic objectives. On the other hand, it was as a result of Isreal's failure that the public called for the resignation of Prime Minister Olmert and his Defence Minister.

Anyway, I suggest you read up on the conflict.

I know you must have checked and seen that the MRAP were first used by the South Africans
.

the mraps Mine-Resistant Ambush Protected vehicles although were first used and produced by the South Africans, just because the South Africans were the first to use such platforms dosent mean the US or any other country stole their technology

More than 20 countries uses MRAPs, the Russian Typhoon class a series of mraps produced by Russian defence firms also stole South African technology??

The Chinese has the CS/VP3 MRAP I guess the Chinese also stole the technology from South Africa.

Nigeria defence firm proforce also produces MRAPS, they even exported to chad some years back, I guess Proforce also stole South Africa technology.

The British army was the first to develop a tank used in battle, the mark 1, the Russians now have the armata, the US the abrams, the Germans with the leopards. So according to your pathetic claims this countries stole technology from the British because the British were the first to put a tank in battle.

I'm not a political expert, but Zelensky seems to be right.
Trump’s approach often lacks nuance, and Vance’s radical stance might escalate tensions. Meanwhile, great Ukrainian projects like urban vision lutsk https://algorytm.ngo/en/projects/urban-vision-lutsk showcase the potential for positive development and resilience in Ukraine, emphasizing the importance of supportive leadership for a brighter future.

I will never understand how anybody would be so in love with foreign products that he would rather buy overused foreign junk than brand new local products.

This is not normal.
Nigerians have an inferiority complex.
Procashtips:
An average Nigerian expects a local product to become the best automatically while waiting for foreigners to help them make it so.

The so called foreign gadgets and products produce by other countries became what they are today with time and their citizens kept using them from when they were not that good up till today.

Brands like Toyota, Audi, Hyundai, Ford and the likes.

But an average Nigeria would never support theirs to grow thereby exposing themselves to left overs from outside.

Obsolete technologies are what we call luxury here in Nigeria, the brand new ones are mostly bought and used by the elites and govt officials.

I was close to buying Nord until I couldn't wait again. I was told then it would take months for it to be ready because you'd have to pick almost parts you want them to use yourself during pre-order.

The owner once worked with Mercedes Benz so he knows how cars are built from down up.

⚡ Russia Returns Taiz Governorate to Ansarullah.

Russia and the UAE-backed National Resistance Forces (NRF) have reached an agreement.

The National Resistance Forces (NRF), supported by the UAE, will hand over military facilities in the Taiz province to Ansarullah (Houthis), according to NRF leader Tariq Saleh, nephew of former Yemeni President Ali Abdullah Saleh. This agreement represents a significant shift in Yemen's conflict, brokered with Russia’s involvement.

Number one is very true israel also lost 5 solders in a rescue attempt.

Number 2 is a speculation let's take the Hamas Israeli conflict Hamas rocket launches into Israel kept increasing for the first few months of the conflict now it is almost non existent. The 2006 Lebanese war was a little over a month.

Number three is plain stupid OK let me show you why.

How many tanks and even ships have Ukraine destroyed ?

A few years from now Hamas will say because they destroyed some Israeli military equipment they won the war.

I'm not saying israel won the War to me and many war specialist the war was a stalemate.

Everyone puts Hezbollah fighting men as a thousand men according to Israel they killed 600 according to Hezbollah only 250 men in their ranks died. Israel out of 30000 lost less than 200 Men.

In Israel now people are calling for the resignation of Nateyahu. Some people will never be satisfied. That's how Israeli / Jewish politics has been since let me say Moses.

Did Hezbollah move beyond the litani River?

Did UN troops admister the buffer zone israel created inside Lebanon?

❗⚡️ The Western media started reporting trouble for Ukraine in Ugledar.

The 72nd Brigade, defending Ugledar, risks being cut off, Forbes reports.

The brigade, numbering two thousand men, is “certainly tired” after 20 months of fighting on the Ugledar salient.

Now "the Russian 40th Marine Brigade and other brigades and regiments are now trying to outflank it and cut it off. And they are slowly making progress."

Forbes writes that there are no reinforcements for the Ukrainian forces defending Ugledar, since "the Ukrainian Armed Forces are simultaneously attacking in the Kursk region and defending themselves in the east and south. They are stretched to the limit."

Get lost clown, you gat Comprehension issues

A supposedly self intelligent clown said the south Africans sold technology to the US and the US copied the technology from the South Africans the technology in question is the MRAP Mine-Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP). all the MRAP used by the US army and marines are produced by US based defence firms.

Over 20 countries uses Mine-Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) vehicles. A Nigerian company also produces such vehicles.

P.s work on your comprehension inadequacies

🇱🇧🇮🇱 Israeli strikes on Lebanon in the spotlight of foreign media

🔹New York Times: Deadly Israeli airstrikes show how far Israel is from achieving peace on its northern border and how close it is to all-out war with Hezbollah.

🔹Times of Israel: By increasing pressure on Hezbollah, Israel hopes that the movement's Secretary General Hassan Nasrallah and his Iranian backers will decide that the price of their ideological and practical support for the Palestinian Hamas movement is becoming too high.

🔹An-Nahar (Lebanon): It was a bloody day full of destruction, which became the beginning of a great war. Lebanon found itself at the beginning of a tunnel of pitch darkness, the exit from which was completely invisible.
