My mum said even when I was a child, I hated it. The last time I drank pap was when I was a child, I've not had that for more than 20years now.

I eat akara alone or with bread. Not with pap and certainly not with garri.

Why don't you like bread though?

I bought bread at shoprite - I gave up after chewing the 1st bite - same with meatpie!

That was one kind bread. Their food section puff puff is better !

It's fallen in quality over the years but I'd like a recipe used in the early 2010s so I can be making them myself if possible

Stove top. I only tried microwave a few times in graduate school because as at then, the only solid I usually eat was garri. Madam taught me the stove top since she likes the variety. She most times make the solid while I make the soup.

You can make pounded yam,semo, oat, name them as long as it's swallow in the microwave.
