Am working remotely with a Nigerian company and want to know if I can get a remote work within the 6months in Brazil and come back.

Which jobs are in demand in Brazil please?
English Teaching jobs seem to have an inelastic demand. If your Portuguese language skill is top notch then many other sectors of the Brazilian economy will open up to you if you are bilingual

MrNovo:

Your work is probably hybrid. A fully remote job doesn't care where you are located as long as you show up online do the job and turn in your results as expected.
But if your job is so stressful and doesn't pay why are you so eager to keep it by going to Brazil secure a remote job then return to Nigeria to continue the " no pay" job?

Please read with understanding. I want to go and look for international remote job that will give me space and money. With my 11hour job you will not have time for yourself or to do another job and at the end of month you will not be paid up to 150k.
I am coming back to meet my family because am not travelling with them.
I am coming back to have time for my ministry and other business.

N.B: the job is remote because I travel and work anywhere in Nigeria with my tools, but the working tools belongs to the company. If there's any damage you dare not repair it elsewhere, you must return it to them.

Hello everyone!

Is there anyone that has plan of starting their visa appplication themselves. Please let me know so that we can do the process together. Thank you. I’m planning on applying for visa against December.

I just heard there is a new rule with Brazil tourists visa. It’s now one year multiple tourist visa entry. How true is this??

Hello from Sao Paulo smiley

I've been here for a few days, and the weather is COLD. I guess I'll get used to it.

I got an airbnb but still on the look out for a decent accommodation (couldn't get a place for less than 3,600 Reais).

Brazil is a lovely place; at least the few places I have been to since my arrival.

Hello. Any update from you? Hope everything is fine ?

Hello everyone! Just got a mail this morning after weeks of application that I should send my documents.

Had to come mention it here so everyone can check their mail especially those who already submitted documents as they may have reponded to them too.

Best of luck to everyone waiting.

I know when you give birth in Brazil ur child/children and spouse becomes permanent resident but what I don’t understand is what if they are not in Brazil when I give birth are they still qualified?

I work remotely here in Brazil too and I do similar 12 hour shift. Depending on your skills you can earn 10 times more at the very least(I'm talking of working remotely oo). And the advantage you have working remotely here is that your expenses is far less compared to living in other countries.

Brazil because of the opportunities to get permanent residency and citizenship eventually which you can't get in china.

Depends on what you want in life, but Brazil offers more economic opportunities for career growth than China, as Portuguese is easier to grasp than Chinese. China is better off than Brazil in terms of purported entrepreneurial opportunities, but after a PhD, what enters your head is getting a job, not starting a business.

So, Brazil, and oh yeah, you get to obtain the passport. Impossicant describes attaining Chinese naturalisation status.

How far your visa progression?
Re: Giving Birth In Brazil by hephzibah003: 6:01pm On Sep 29
Hello everyone,

Please I received this email from the embassy. I think it is a generic one, although I had sent a follow up email on my visa application which is probably why they sent this email.

I am trying to fully understand what it means especially the concluding part. Does it mean that if my intended travel date has passed as a result of the long time the visa process has taken, I will need to book a new flight date and also hotel reservation and re-upload same online?

Please, those who have gotten their visas, did you have to do this after your initial travel date passed?

I would appreciate some guidance, please. Thanks.
