And that's it.

People should login to iRev portal and view the results on their own instead of lapping onto what others said or posted. If it is true, why has PDP not lodged a complaint or go to Court with their evidence?

Section 60(5) of the electoral act: This section mandates that after counting the votes at polling units, the presiding officer shall announce the result and transmit it electronically where applicable.

Text:

"The presiding officer shall, after counting the votes at the polling unit, enter the votes scored by each candidate in a form to be prescribed by the Commission. The form shall be signed and stamped by the presiding officer and counter-signed by the candidates or their polling agents where available at the polling unit. The presiding officer shall, after recording and announcing the result, transmit the result in the manner prescribed by the Commission."

According to the electoral act, the prescribed manner is through capturing and uploading to the IREV electronically.

The supreme court has clearly stated that irev results are just for public viewing

PDP in Edo State is not even claiming that kind of vote differences victory in the just concluded polls.They never said Asue scored up to 300k votes.what they are claiming is vote addition and substraction which amounted to a vote differences of less than 10k votes.

Personally,i think the election was not entirely free and fair.As far as kogi state election was scaled through the supreme Court,Edo state election which is far more credible than that of kogi, won't have a problem surviving at the supreme Court.I was involved in the Edo election and I can tell u it was very close and no party won with more than 20k vote differences.

It is a fact that corruption is very deep rooted in our polity. INEC and the judiciary have been trying to plunge Nigeria into crisis for so many years, yet, due to the fact that their atrocities benefit the ruling party, nothing has been done about the rotten judges and electoral umpires. We need a thousand VDM

I have said it and I am repeating it today. There are three people that will kill this country and if care is not taken, their killing it will be hasten beyond imagination. The three are:
1. Judiciary
2. Politicians/INEC
3. Police
These three are the enablers of the ills and woes in our country. The judiciary have been stamping on the problems created by the remaining two. The same judiciary that suppose to be the last hope of the common man, they've been the problem and headache of the common man in all ramifications.
Until the people rise up and take the bull by its horns we will continue to witness down slide in our country.
