SarakiBukola:See and hear the audacity of a supposed educated Nigerian, talking tough as if he owns the system. You've even started comparing presidential election with gubernatorial election, when in actual sense they are different. If you think the good people of Edo will leave someone like Peter Obi and vote for Tinubu, then, you're deceiving yourself and don't know who the people of Edo are. With all the influence of Tinubu in Lagos, Peter Obi still flogged him like baby there. If the presidential is conducted under the laid down rules, Peter Obi will still flog Tinubu in Lagos any day any time. You think people are silly and don't think straight like some of you. People know what they want, it is your kind that don't. 1 Like |

IfnobeGod20: Yen yen yen... why are you bleating like a baby goat ? Peter Obi did this and that. Remind me of his position again ? I can bet you finished from a miracle center. No critical thinking was taught. And that's why Yorubas remain your colonial masters after the British left |

How was PDP going to surmount the challenge of division, non performance, internal sabotage, feud with Oba,defections etc to win APC |

SarakiBukola:What is this jargon you put here. Do you think I am Igbo? Stop this hallucination. I am sure you're not even real Yoruba but atoun wa from Kwara claiming to be Yoruba. No Omoluabi will descend so low talking like God, except the atoun wa. I repeat, if the presidential election is conducted hundred times under the laid down rules, Peter Obi will continue to beat Tinubu in Lagos State, lest Edo. Stop hallucinating yourself and talking jargon. |

senatordave1:Most of the rulings of the judiciary lacked common sense and some have no trace to our laws. 1. The ruling on the Naira design where judiciary turned themselves to monetary policy maker, fixing dates for the expiration of the Naira and I was taken aback that people kept mum after the ruling, that gave the judiciary more audacity to commit more infractions. 2. The local government autonomy of paying directly to their account whereas the law says payment accrue to state and local government should be pay into a joint account. No single law in our constitution can the same judiciary use to back that judgement. As lovely as the judgement was, it ran foul of the constitution. 3. Many judgements of the Tribunal and the appeal courts were error filled and full, wherein the supreme court faulted their judgements but none were reviewed why the damage is being nurse by those affected till date. Many senators and house of reps members are living on stolen mandate till date. No country survive where the rule of laws are been trampled upon and a supposed judiciary that suppose to be interpreter of law turned to be maker of laws and later recourse to those to make the law to insert them into the law for assent. That's going through the back door approach. |

senatordave1:My brother, Peter Obi challenged results in 18 states and Lagos was among. Read below the excerpt from the news and link attached. "The court admitted as exhibits ward collated results from 13 States comprising: Bayelsa, Benue, Cross River, Ebonyi, Edo, Lagos, Niger and Ondo states. Other states are Oyo, Rivers, Sokoto, Ekiti and Delta" https://www.premiumtimesng.com/news/top-news/603160-presidential-election-court-admits-final-presidential-election-results-from-peter-obi.html?tztc=1 All these results were tendered at the tribunal but the ruling claimed LP and Peter Obi didn't collate the results to show discrepancies. We are talking of CTC from INEC and not from IREVs. This is not by emotion but what was obtained and signed by the same INEC. 2 Likes 1 Share |

IfnobeGod20: 1) 99% of Nigerians were against the naira policy of emefiele. Even obi that initially was in support recanted...it is a universal policy that the law is made for man and that the law should be interpreted in a way to favour the generality of the people and not a minority. The CBN is a creation of the law and must be subjected to the rules of law...that judgment actually benefits the common man sir 2) the LG autonomy is another judgment that was appraised by a generality of Nigerians. The common man is happy with that... Like the judge said, once a law is abused and no more served it's true purpose, it must be discarded. 3). There is no judgment of the lower court in which the apex court faulted and did not amend |

Very poorly written report. I noticed when it comes to figure reporting, many of these emergency joirnalists report terribly. You said the ApC candidate surged by 8.58 % to over 244,000+ . Are you implying he was declared winner by INEC with less than 244,000+ votes? If yes, that is not true. He was declared winner with well over 300,000+ votes. If the error in numerical reporting by the "journalist(s)" was intentional, then it is a ploy to misinform the public and create commotion. To a less informed person and not circumvent enough, the summary of this reporting is that APC had 244,000+ votes and PDP had 310,000 + votes . |

senatordave1:Can you point out where I discussed with you and I claimed it was better than last year own. Please it wasn't me. How would I say an election that was scientifically and technically rigged be better than last year own. Politicians and INEC have perfected scientifically the rigging style and if not checked it would continue unabated. 2 Likes |

senatordave1:I should be going back to show you what has been flying about on the net. Please Lagos, Rivers, Benue, Imo, Bauchi, Borno, Gombe and many states their discrepancies were flying about then. Some were suppression. Some were rigging in the form of inflation of votes and some were outright no voting but results were declared. |

senatordave1:My brother, Nigeria is a constitutional country. No country of the world that their judiciary made laws for the operation of the country. The legislature is empowered to make laws while going through the back door to make laws and later recanted to the same arm that suppose to make the law. No serious country is run in that manner. You claimed 99% of Nigerians were against the Naira design policy and the local government autonomy were appraised by the generality of the people. Please when did you carry out the sampling and come out with such stat? The local government autonomy received the highest backlash by people after the judgement because we are operating on federating system constitutionally. Just I have said, no matter how audible and friendly a ruling may be, it must take its root from the constitution and if not it has ran foul of the law. Those rulings were good but why not go through the normal processes to make them happen and not through the back door. The supreme court faulted the removal of some legislators by the appeal court but none were returned and those not won elections are now the people representing their constituencies at the national assembly. The parties concerned apply for the review of the judgements and they were all thrown out. 1 Like |
