My broda I naugh at what our reps have degenerated to. It is so sad. God protect VDM, but I counsel that he works with discretion. He forgets that at times. These people he is dealing with are not only brutal, they are savage. I hope he has a good backing.

its not that easy, VDM has become the tse-tse perched on two big scrotum...if you must kill it you have to be very careful not to blow up your b.alls in the process..
if they throw him in jail illegally or before the matter is heard, they'd probably be crowning him one of the greatest activist of our time...and it will incense the already very angry populace who now know the nonsense going on in those establishments..🙄
This matter is not going away soon...the kaw-makers are behaving like they have a state prisoner already by threatening him....too bad

A police officer could be going after a criminal , and the court could allow the criminal/suspect walk away if the suspect knows how to bend the law

How do we get here in the first place whereby the Rep are the ones investigating this kind of shenanigans hmmm wao is that how low we have brought the hallowed chambers too, this is so pathetic how do we say we have a country that the hallowed chambers does no know their duties they can not even tackle the pressing situations in the country looking away to the criminal element infiltrating the Nigerian economy the security arms of Nigeria, this is a shame and an embarrassment to the hallowed chambers am not so surprised because most of them are not as clean as the said.

Searching a house without a warrant is illegal, of course. Such case in the Western world wouldn't even get to court.

DSS, Police and correctional service can investigate this matter and unravel the truth.

This investigation is deeply wrong from the beginning. It should not be in the jurisdiction of the National Assembly to investigate criminal and corrupt activities. There are institutions and agencies that were set up for that function and Nigerians are paying their salaries. So why will the National Assembly leave her duties to face investigation of crimes?

The ICPC, the CID of the Police institution and other military agencies are there to perform this responsible.

VDM is a very smart and uncompromise person and he will not bulge but do the needful because he will not like to disappoint Nigerians. If the National Assembly want to do the right thing let them redirect the case to those that will do thorough investigations. So that the EFCC and correctional service will be punish for been corrupt. Also the agency will find out the godfather who said Miss/Mr Bob will not do the prison terms.

I just feel they just want to waste time with concrete action to those involve.

He can open his wide mouth on social media with confidence talking trash sometimes but folded and became timid in the presence of the house of Rep. I think say he got confidence, why did he go with a lawyer? He has alleged and he needs to prove his allegations with solid evidence and not insisting Bobrisky must be present. It is the evidence the house of Rep is interested in to get to the root of the matter, at least it is not done in secrecy.
