Everyone but me seem to have enjoyed this series. I've seen the first 2 episodes and I was struggling, fighting sleep in order to get through the first 2 episodes.

"Still sharp, provocative, and unapologetically cutthroat."


The final episode of S3 might not have had the pomp and pageantry of previous episodes before it, but it was still good. It tied up old threads and possibly opened new ones.

After all the rógbódìyàn Eric Tao pulled for Pierpoint in the previous episode, they still knifed him, and he learned in record time that the Game is absolutely the Game. 💀😩

Harper is still as slimy as ever, a proper snake who isn't too bothered to fraud her way to the top.

And I am proud of my boy Robert, the way he let go of that social-climbing bimbo, Yasmin. Bro has made peace with the fact that you can't save a damsel if she loves her distress, worse still, a damsel with serious daddy issues. The way he smiled and said "I understand" after she said, "I'm sorry," after seemingly breaking his heart.
that was the smile of a fulfilled man. She even threw in a pity parting coitus, so win-win for bro.

A rare case of a show getting better with each passing season, and I duly appreciate the effort. They totally smashed it this season.

The only bummer is that it's insha'Allah and a painstaking wait until the next season airs, since it apparently takes 3 to 4 years to make one season of a show now 😭. ffgs

I don't know oh, it won't make sense looking at each character character in their individual story without it blending together.

Season 3 finale felt like the end of the show. If the creators feel they can create another season and still maintain quality, then I’m trusting them to do so.

One thing about ROME, it's laced with heavy dose of sarcasm. I can't count the numerous times I laughed out loud by a characters dialogue or utterances.

It's not about jokes, but the dialogue are darn too fvvking witty not to make you chuckle or appreciate how well it lands.
