izzou: Go and watch the video again. Fubara asked that they show him where the court judgement stopped him/RSIEC from conducting the election. It's just like when police want to stop protests at all cost even when protest is constitutionally guaranteed in the law and no judge will rule against a protest. Fubara clearly said in the video that the judgement being relied on by the police didn't say "election must not hold" , what it said was that the police should not provide security. If you open eye, u go see well. |

Theflint1: It's clear to the blind and audible to the deaf how elections will happen in 2027. There's a reason BAT does not care about current hardship. 2 Likes 1 Share |
Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by BlueRayDick: 10:30am |
Itsrm: But u watched where Fubara said the police don't have any judgement ordering them to stop the election right? Instead the judgement says they shouldn't provide secuirty. Oya take mic, tell us what the police was doing at RSIEC headquarters when the court judgment said they shouldn't provide security ? Are they niw elections observers? We know it is a case of hand of Esau, voice of Jacob |

Theflint1:as Dem fold am when Dem wan impeach am abi? Make we dey watch |
Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by Theflint1(m): 10:35am |
BlueRayDick:Fubara is smart exploiting that loophole, but I want to think the implication of that ruling is that elections shouldn't be holding, after all security is a critical part of elections in Nigeria. |

seankafor:I commend the guy sha, e don try and somewhat am rooting for him, but I think las las e go kotow. If he could even exert influence within his states party structure you'd say he stood a chance, but na Wike get state, contrary to PDPs existing principle that a governor controls state's party apparatus. |
Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by Theflint1(m): 10:43am |
Itsrm:But why has INEC refused to release the voter register? The election he's conducting would be annulled sha, all INEC needs say is they conducted the elections with an invalid voters register. |
Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by BlueRayDick: 10:43am |
Itsrm: Well, the chief security officer of the state Don chase them out cos they don't have legal justification to be there. As far as the law of Nigeria is concerned, it may seem unfair but the state electoral commission is owned 100% by the state government. |

OkpaNsukkaisBae: U this boy u no go rest? Izzou an easterner travelled to the east and mentioned how a fellow easterner who sat beside him in the bus warned him to avoid travelling Monday because of sit-at-home. When he got to his destination in the east, the indigenes also warned him about the dangers of travelling on Monday due to the sit-at-home that was still being enforced in that part of the east. I proceeded to corroborate his position based on discussion with bankers resident in the east whom I had dealings with in 2023 and they mentioned they don't work on Mondays due to sit-at-home order. How is that an issue that still gives you a headache till now? How does that Justify you trying to form a tribalistic narrative from the recently released NECO results? Honestly, I hope you have not crossed the age of 25 and your brain still functions this way. I mean I pity the younger generation that will have to suffer the burden of listening to advice from a fooolish elder like you in years to come. 9 Likes |

LordAdam16: I seriously doubt any of those jets would be there when the missile lands unless all the Israeli radars somehow malfunctions at the same time. Those jets would've been moved away from range of the missiles or scrambled into the air. Now since we know air raid alerts did go off in Israel we can conclude the radars did work so if Israel is stupid enough to still leave jets in range then they got what they deserve 2 Likes |
