The question is whether the chairmen will have access to the already sealed secretariat. I'm very sure that a court will nullify the election tomorrow. Those LGA chairmen are just a waste. Fubara go shout tire. |

Alexiiydon: Who told you APC was not in the ballot? This is how you go about spreading falsehood. The Emeka Beke faction of the APC partook in the election. For now Emeka Beke remains the authentic chairman of APC pending when the High court ruling is vacated by the Appeal court 2 Likes |

emkz:You've never made any contribution reflecting common sense The president just like governors have the power to swear in individuals into office. As long as there's no law restricting the swearing in to be done by a particular official, there's nothing wrong with the governors swearing them in. The President swearing in the CJN while the CJN swears in the president. Meanwhile we once had an outgoing CJN swear in the incoming one. 1 Like 1 Share |

ozo13:You think Rivers people would fold their hands and watch APC rig the state like they did in Edo?Any attempt by APC to rig Rivers state would be met by devastating violent resistance from Niger delta militants supported by the people of Rivers state. Kudos to Sim Fubara for cutting Wike to size! Humiliating Wike was long overdue and has just begun with this humbling defeat by Fubara. Wike is about to go into political oblivion because by the time they are done dealing with him in Rivers state, he'll become so irrelevant that no serious political party would want him. Even APC knows that he's a persona non grata due to his domineering and controversial style of politics. They know that if he is allowed into APC, he'll scatter the party for his selfish interests. 2 Likes 2 Shares |

Confirmedzombie: You think a judge will wake up in Abuja on a Monday morning and nullify an election without inviting all parties and getting all the facts? No election tribunal? An election with constitutional backing? Best wike can get is an interim injunction to stop swearing in which has happened already. He has been beaten on this matter. If you been to the Northern lgas, you should know lga secretariat can be redundant and locked for years and no one cares as long as salaries are paid. Egbetokun can keep his boys there as maiguard. The crust of the matter is the lga funds used for grassroot penetration which hitherto Fubara didn't have a legal right to use as he pleases. Now, the legal backing has been achieved with the sham election 5 Likes 3 Shares |
