You think a judge will wake up in Abuja on a Monday morning and nullify an election without inviting all parties and getting all the facts? No election tribunal? An election with constitutional backing?

Best wike can get is an interim injunction to stop swearing in which has happened already. He has been beaten on this matter.
If you been to the Northern lgas, you should know lga secretariat can be redundant and locked for years and no one cares as long as salaries are paid. Egbetokun can keep his boys there as maiguard.

The crust of the matter is the lga funds used for grassroot penetration which hitherto Fubara didn't have a legal right to use as he pleases. Now, the legal backing has been achieved with the sham election
😂.

After many years experimenting with democracy, Nigeria has refused to mature.

If we are truly learning how democracy is practised, all these silly approaches of thuggery suppose to have become the things of the past.

All political parties are culpable. They keep out rigging themselves to force themselves on the populace, and sadly the citizens keep applauding this charade.
Yesterday's LG election was in tune with the desires of the people of Rivers state. If the election is conducted over and over again, the outcome would still be same.

Every reasonable indigene of Rivers state is tired of the man Nyesom Wike and his overbearing attitude. So, don't associate yesterday's election with rigging.

The rigging you should talking about are the type that foisted Tinubu on Nigerians and the latest charade of an election that took place in Edo state. If you are referring to those ones, then I'll agree with you that our democracy is being threatened by election rigging perpetrated by APC and supported by their urchins.

You think Rivers people would fold their hands and watch APC rig the state like they did in Edo. Any attempt by APC to rig Rivers state would be met by devastating violent resistance from Niger delta militants supported by the people of Rivers state.

Kudos to Sim Fubara for cutting Wike to size! Humiliating Wike was long overdue and has just begun with this humbling defeat by Fubara. Wike is about to go into political oblivion because by the time they are done dealing with him in Rivers state, he'll become so irrelevant that no serious political party would want him. Even APC knows that he's a persona non grata due to his domineering and controversial style of politics. They know that if he is allowed into APC, he'll scatter the party for his selfish interests.

so Obaseki was earlier rigged in too in hIs first and then reelection.common

There is an existing case. Those chairmen are not members of APP.

Court will sack them.

ur judgement is biased and exactly what the person u are quoting is saying.rigging has been on since the return to democracy in 1999 and isn't just starting yesterday.Even yaradua confessed the election that brought him in as the president was flawed.

He needs to be smart. Wike can get another court injunction to halt the swear in tomorrow. Delay is dangerous.

How's it smart? The law is the law if he's in the wrong, it will catch up with him. If it was a genuine thing that benefits the people, this mad rush would not happen. He might wait 3months. But for silly squabbles between two people, the state has to suffer not well thought out decisions and choices. How do you base a whole state on how to win, hurt or outsmart one person.

This is how you go about spreading falsehood. The Emeka Beke faction of the APC partook in the election. For now Emeka Beke remains the authentic chairman of APC pending when the High court ruling is vacated by the Appeal court
