Met at Lagos State NYSC Orientation Camp, Lagos, Nigeria.

After three months of courtship, she called me one morning to tell me that she was pregnant.

On the delivery date, she passed away due to complications during the operation. After informing her parents, trouble started.

I was told I must go to the village with the corpse for a proper burial, not knowing they had an entirely different agenda.🥺🥺

Lol...I laughed when I read the part that you were tied up. Didn't you go with any friend or family member to defend you? Before they tied you up, did they drug you?

You need to first fall on your knees and repent, asking God for mercy for your fornication wirh someone that was not your wife then fast and pray the whole 7 days , asking God for mercy and to save you from any arrows of death until those 7days are up and even beyond or else, you will experience first hand the power of village people!

This story might sound somehow but I know someone that had a similar experience in Akwaibom. You better marry them properly before they die or face the trauma of their culture if they die while in a serious relationship with you.

Ignore them. If possible get a laeyer and serve them lawsuit for voilating your fundamental human rights in the village.
