Theflint1: E clear pass DSTV HD channels. His loyalty lies strictly with Wike and no one else. Even if Wike supporters deploy rocket launchers to blow up everything blowable, it will not diminish his stanship of Wike. The funny thing about all these is that the so called Federal High court judgement Wike and the IGP claimed to be relying on; the court itself does not have jurisdiction over Rivers State Electoral Commision which is an agency of Rivers State government. That was why Fubara proceeded with the election. It's just a shame that the judiciary has turned itself into a laughing stock, the police force not hiding their bias and Wike being Wike as usual. |

This is the hypocrisy we keep talking about. Whether the court has jurisdiction or not, whether the judgment was written in Wikes parlour or in Tinubus bedroom, it is still the judgment of a court and is meant to be obeyed until it is set aside by a superior court. How can you explain away a sitting governor taking laws into his hands and have problems when others do the same thing? 6 Likes 1 Share |
Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by BlueRayDick: 9:40am |
Itsrm: You think that is how all the great democracies are built? Courts who don't have jurisdiction giving judgement over a matter they should never have heard? The hypocrisy is not speaking against the corruption of the judiciary because it favors ur principal. You don't get to pick the hypocrisy to address and the one to overlook na. The law that establishes FHC says they don't have jurisdiction to hear matters pertaining to state agencies. That is the law, not some corrupt judge giving kangaroo judgement over a matter he doesn't have jurisdiction by law establishing the court he presides over. 9 Likes |

iamoyindamola: As in.... Why will one man hold the whole state to ransome. Even Tinubu that was the godfather of all godfathers, when he fell out with Ambode he waited till the next election cycle to take him out through a process that never involved sabotage of state owned assets. You Impose a governor on the state and now u want to burn down the state just to remove him. Haba. 14 Likes 1 Share |

Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by Theflint1(m): 11:12am |
BlueRayDick:Wike's position is untenable, he's not quite APC, nor PDP, control of Rivers and it's purse strings is the only thing he can 100% say he has control over and now one Fubara is denying him that...the man fvcked around and is finding out |

I'm not sure what Speeddarlington was expecting would happen to him coming at Burna and his mum the way he's been...at best he'd get slapped with libel and is made to retract his statements, and at worst he's vanished without trace. He should be thanking his stars that Burna has hinted that he's responsible for his disappearance, by the time he's out he'd calm down small, or maybe not |
Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by BlueRayDick: 1:00pm |
Theflint1: His neighbors actually made a video of when the police whisked him away. If they had come at night wearing plain clothes it would've been worse cos nobody would even notice he was missing until a long while. Make Burna pursue civil case for defamation against him and let the police release him abeg. I come dey pity the mama watching the video |

BlueRayDick:Burna boy doesn't strike me as someone that believes in operating within the confines of the law...no go shock say the video of Speed's mum begging in tears is sufficient justice for him. |
Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by BlueRayDick: 1:28pm |
Theflint1: Burnaboy no send normally sha, but this kind of stuff is not good for his brand. On the lighter note, I noticed since Deji Adeyanju finish law school he just dey jump on any case of illegal detention wey dey trend. Guyman wan smuggle himself enter conversation of human rights lawyer by fire by force. I wonder if he does not want to make any money at all practicing commercial law. 6 Likes 1 Share |

Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by Theflint1(m): 1:38pm |
BlueRayDick:Lol, this was the likely path for Deji, get legal backing and protection for his activism grind and collect money on deals wey e for otherwise share with lawyer...e just need take am easy and get actually smart lawyers in his team, so they pick and approach cases deftly, cause right now he's starting to look like VDM Oga the Law. |
Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by izzou(m): 1:41pm |
Theflint1: He needs to leave all these Social media amebo cases and jump into something real. Any activism built on social media ends on social media. |
