It is a public knowledge that Iban and most western states are just a glorified village settlement

And at the time that picture of old Ibadan was taken in the 50s (and not 70s), majority of your people were walking around stark buttnaked in Alaigbo until the Eastern Nigerian Govt had to roll out anti-nudity laws.

Chattel and indentured Slavery was still up and running in your society when that pic was taken. Slavery was officially banned in iboland in 1953 although the practice still continued unabated even after the civil war.

Do you want to know the origins of the Ibo Catholic mother wrapper? It was what the Catholic church distributed to your grandmothers so as to get them to attend Sunday mass clothed.

At the time that pic was taken, your grandparents were roaming your towns and villages barely clothed.

Do you know that the Eastern Government had to pass anti-nudity laws as late as 1960 in preparation for late Queen Elizabeth's independence tour of Nigeria ?

And now your people have removed their clothes and moved into nudity and brownery in 2024 cheesy

Yorubas, always intellectually deficit. You were so advanced in the 50s while the Igbos were walking stark naked then, what then really happened?

Not that you guys fought war o. I am neutral so I can tell you for a fact that Igbos are doing better than Yourbas in city, town and village building.

If you guys already developed gold plated apparels since 50s, why retrogressing in a 21st century?

Their wrapper giveaway went a long way in stemming public nudity

Is that the reason why Ibadan remain stagnant?
The people who were naked then are now manufacturers and importers of cloths of all kinds to cloth Nigerians.

That "Catholic wrapper" has yielded massive dividends for the Catholic Church, as today the South East region generates the largest number of Catholic Religious vocation for the Mother Church, giving back to the Church, men and women who are serving in the Lord's vineyard in all corners of the earth as Reverend Fathers, Reverend Brothers, Reverend Sisters, Monks and Nuns, of which my elder sister is one....that "Catholic wrapper" is good investment.πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

I am a neutral just like you but the irony is that there are more lgb0s in Yoruba land than Yorubas have ever been in lgb0 land.

That's why a simple investment can go a long way.

That's not the bone of contention here.

As a neutral observer, I ask you this question. What really happened to your people over the years? Think about it or keep fooling yourself.

Would you rather dress glamorously in the 50s only to be selling human body parts in a 21st century?

Who migrates to wherever is not what we are discussing.

If at 1950, all your great grandparents were living in affluent and could afford houses such as these, it's pertinent for the children to build on such legacies to surpass their grandparents/parents.

But if you're being truthful to yourself, reverse is the case. So what really happened?

Especially since you've agreed that your neighbours were living on tree tops at the same period. But those who were living on tree tops are now living fine and can't even build on the legacy of what was given to you on a platter

The last time I checked, you were a neutral, I am also a neutral, the analysis pointing and making references to me is funny, isn't it?
Cities maintain their looks even in 100 years, somehow a section of Ibadan maintaining its' looks is a crime according to u lgb0s?
If ur lgb0 Iand was better, why are u lgb0s running to Yoruba land on daily basis in search of greener pastures?
As I am talking to u now.
There are lgb0s preparing to leave Anambra to Ekiti in search of better life, how is your society great if you leave it in huge numbers in search of better life to a society u all come back to iΓ±suIt?
Is it not ironic?

The most visited European cities and towns are those that still hold on to their rustic medieval charm and architecture .

Ignore these fowls.

When Ibadan was declared the largest city in Africa, their yeast was still operating on savage mode.

Their buildings faiI terribly in that space of time so they want everything to be like that, what kind of city changes it's looks in that manner?
There are new sections of Ibadan bringing up new structures, they leave that to talk whereas their roads are still like they were ages ago.

They love taIking about other people not themselves.
From 2015 to 2022, they were busy talking about the north, today they have switched to Yorubas because they feel whoever is the president their tribe is their èñemy.

Not true! Yes, you have millions of igbos in lagos because for years it was FCT and attracted all sorts.

Remove lagos, and are you sure there are more igbos in the rest of the Southwest than there are yorubas in the east?

Do you know how many yorubas live in onitsha alone?
