They don’t like people wasting their slot cause it could have been given to people who really needed it. Trust me forget about trying France again but I doubt if it will change anything from other Schengen cause they use the same data system they can still see your previous history as long it’s same Schengen country

I disagree with this position. The greatest fear of a consular officer when issuing a visit visa is that the applicant may not return. An applicant who was issued a visa and ended up not using it in my opinion poses no risk of fleeing, it even suggest that such a person isnt desprate and communicates their genuine intention further. Plans change, life is in a constant state of flux. Perharps in your new application you could state why you were unable to use the previous visas issued. This idea of wasting slot also sounds ridiculous too. The visa was paid for, if the applicant chooses not to use it due to whatever reason, it is not the problem of the embassy, perharps I could be wrong, as this is my opinion. I'll like the gurus here to chyme in on this unused visa theory

That’s sufficient time if normal process is followed. I am a first time applicant. I submitted on 27th August and got notification last evening that the visa decision is ready. I’m here and anxious about what the outcome would be. It’s a long weekend in Nigeria so Tuesday seems so far. Fingers crossed and hoping for the best for me. I wish you all the best and hope it comes out early and positively.

Hello.
Good evening.
Please i'm experiencing some difficulty paying for the tls appointment on the tls french website. I keep getting a payment failure error- something went wrong on the provider's end.
I don't think it's a bank issue because i've tried different banks but i'm still getting the same error message.
Please can anyone help with this?

Congratulations on your visa approval. Mine was finally treated yesterday but I will get it tomorrow since it had to be shipped to another state using DHL.

Was your visa a work, study or tourist visa ?
