Hmmmm, hope the case will be well presented and argued because the whole situation might take another huge turn "if" the Supreme Court sustains the ruling of the Appeal Court... 7 Likes 1 Share |

Inspirer1: Supreme Court can not because this is miscarriage of justice. The constitution and electoral act is clear. Defect and lose your seat, it's simple. 80 Likes 8 Shares |

I said it before. The only thing that will save Fubara is political solution. Otherwise he's a goner. Too many mines set for him. Poor counsellors. Except he's banking on violence, which he will lose if federal govt takes sides. Don't be decieved by political miss-calculators. 11 Likes 4 Shares |

Re: Rivers State Government Reacts To Appeal Court Judgement by oyichi: 6:17am On Oct 11 |
Wike is wasting his time, the supreme Court can not affirm Martin amaeghule and his gang as members of rivers State House of assembly but if they do, which is an outright disregard of the Constitution, the rivers State governor and the people will obey the constitution and not any judge, nobody is going to tell us if they defected or not, we all saw them, so if wike like, let him pay those highly corrupt judges to dish out unconstitutional judgements, by November, fubara will present 2025 appropriation bill to Jombo and it will be passed , let us see how these inconcequential actors will come to rivers State to force those rogues on the people of rivers, as the judiciary has decided to go mad, it will be madness to madness 33 Likes 5 Shares |

This movie go long Meanwhile, I said it then that fubara should not have withdrawn his processes since the case was instituted by the Amaewhule group and they were yet to withdraw their case. Secondly, I agree with the statement. S109 becomes operational once a member defects. You don't need a court to spell it out for you. So the 27 members are gone. But they have the right to stand for reelection in their new party any time INEC is ready to conduct the elections 6 Likes |

Sometimes, agidi nor dey win fight. Fubara obviously didn't learn the dark side of politics before engaging in a fight. The Supreme Court may uphold the decision of the Appeal Court due to a few technical errors in this case. If that's the case, Fubara will NEVER escape the final chess move from those guys. 6 Likes |

oyichi:Maybe you are still a baby. Go and find out how many govs Obasanjo single handedly removed without court consent not to talk of when Supreme Court eventually rules. Even Buhari removed a Chief Justice so who is a gov. ? Tinubu is waiting for a Supreme Court pronouncement then you will see what happens. 7 Likes |
Re: Rivers State Government Reacts To Appeal Court Judgement by Atuero(m): 9:24am On Oct 11 |
Max24: Obasanjo was loved and feared as a former Army General Buhari was feared and loved by his people and also former Army General GEJ succeeded in Adamawa because the offense was obviously an impeachable one Tinubu is widely hated and any arrogance from him undermining democratic tenets will be greeted with a nation wide protest, revolution and his disgraceful removal from office. Make he try am first 19 Likes 3 Shares |

I'm very concerned about the sudden interest of yorubas in the affairs of Rivers state. The yoruba President is making them gnash their teeths in fury but that is not their problem, their problem is who does what in Rivers state. 13 Likes
