Hoelujohn:So if qualified teachers who studied education at NCE and B.Edu level are rubbish it's the WAEC certificate holders who work as non- teaching staff that would teach better? Better! There was a time I was the only teacher in school for two consecutive days. Govt schools got little joy and motivation. Rhetorically, Teaching? No. This shouldn't be a lifetime job for a trained engineer. |
