How do they arrive at these ridiculous prices even with naira for crude?

The problem with this useless and clueless government is greed and corruption.

One whistle-blowers can expose this corruption because even dangotes hands are tied. He can't talk

NNPC is no longer the sole importer of fuel, also NNPC is not the sole off-taker for Dangote's fuel, every marketer can buy from Dangote and sell at their own price. You are not mandated to buy from NNPC retail, walk into other private stations and buy from them.
retarrded government they'll just form union and decide whatever price they want to sell for. Even pepper sellers have unions and they set price. These people in government are so retarrded that they want to lock yam and goat in the same room

I bought at #1,150 at ojo area of Lagos State today. Nigeria is not fully ripe for deregulated economy, removing subsidy and floating naira at the same time are big blunders by the government, you don't hand over the life of the peoples to private sector that operate on profit oriented economy and majority of the Citizens are corrupt and takes every opportunity to inflate pain on their fellow citizens. The government may struggle for the remaining time of the administration.

I bought it at N1,300.00 per litre today in Ibadan on my way to Akure. The one I had in my tank before I got to ibadan, which I bought here in Lagos last week, was N1,100.00 per litre. Where are we going in this country for God's sake! It's indeed a pity that Nigerians are too docile;too fearful bunch of cowards! If not, the masses are by now supposed to have shut down the country in protest!

Our grandparents suffered and smiled. Though they resisted by little the anti masses policies of the government.

With the advent of technology and telecommunications yet my generation could not resist vehemently policy that is killing them or making them to suffer.

The Millennium and Gen Z future is wasting away by the action and inaction of old cargos in government.

It is left to them now.

Face it .... petrol price is pretty much tied to the Naira. It will move up as the exchange rate moves up.

Who is the minister of petroleum pls? The truth is that people like you are nothing but bloody Hypocrites who would always defend colossal failure of this government. Too pathetic.
9jatriot:
Did Tinubu announced the increase specially to you, coz the rest of us did not hear any broadcast....

Incase you are just coming from Afganistan, I am happy to announce to you that the price of PMS is now deregulated, marketers now fix their prices the same way other sellers of other products are able to fix the prices of their products without the president having to help them fix their prices.
