I did. fill the form, sign it and take it to a designated Notary public to stamp and seal it.

But it was stated that an affidavit should be sworn. See the instruction on the form here

Or are you talking about the authentication form or if you don’t mind can you share the form please

Ok i just read it now, I think they've changed the procedure. Am not familiar with this new requirement, maybe someone who applied for minor recently will help you.

I received this email and also got an email last week for me and my family to fill our manual form and send back to them

Please have you received your visa or any update! It's been 4months and nothing yet and my passport is till with them for 4months now I have emailed them and they are saying I don't have any appointment with them
Omo I don't really understand ooo does this mean they have lost my passport?

We are yet to receive visa from them Oma! We have just been receiving emails to update some of our forms. My wife just received another email 2 days ago requesting she submit our manual forms and updated flight/hotel reservation.

So I guess they are working on it 😣😣😣. Our journey has been since August ending though.

When you mailed them, did you provide them with your protocol number and other reference IDs to your application?

Humm, Me I would kukuma carry my two legs and go to their embassy or they should just return your passport and you can try again.

Maybe others have any idea of what you can do

They requested for An updated travel date and hotel and bank statement I sent all to them that was on October till now I haven't heard anything again
