I have never seen people so senselessly foolish in reasoning like many Ipob lunatics supporting Obi.
So in your dead brain reasoning an individual can call out anyone they like but those they call out do not have right to seek redress even through the police and judicial system of the country.Your brand of stupid can only be gifted from the fool Kanu in prison.

Stop enabling illiterates into power because it suits your political, religious or social whelms!

A civil matter should be treated as a civil matter.... arresting Dele is part of broader reason why some of you will die of hungry soon! If you enable these illiterates, they will devour you at the time you leaset expect because there wuill be no Institute independent enough to challenge them when they abuse powers through their connections to govt in power!

If Dele is ready, he should also go after Elumelu and his assets abroad.... at least he will be given opportunity to prove how he abuses the priviledeges conferred on hiim by wealth, power and closeness to the present Executive govt! He might be lucky and a judge will see reason to compensate him wirth part of his assets abroad!

According to Dele’s letter, he was only invited when Tony elemelu petitioned the police. However, he claimed that police officers from Ekiti state are now trying to abduct him to face another defamation charges by Professor Afe Babalola

Now, It seems this Dele guy is in the business of defaming and probably blackmailing high profile individuals because he’s now obviously playing the victim card and afraid of honouring police invitations

For all those who say why is the police involved. This is why:

Nigerians are a difficult people to govern. I wrote a post as to why I support the Uk’s clampdown on immigrants from certain nations who have a different way of life to that of the British including Nigerians. My main thrust is that they abuse the system. When you allow Nigerians unfettered freedom of speech, they abuse it such that over time it has been shown the language Nigerians understand is what we are witnessing…..jungle justice!

Be an activist by all means, oppose the govt by all means but when you defame people and make it a habit of running your mouth and crossing the line because you know you can gets way with it in Nigeria. One day you will encroach on the wrong person and you will know you have no monopoly on madness!

The reason you can defame people in Nigeria and get away with it is because you know the victim will probably not take you to court because the process is tiresome and even if they get a civil judgement against you it is difficult to enforce. You defame people because you know our institutions are weak. So when people are aggrieved and want to take action, they use the same weak system you abused to defame them to get their pound of flesh. So when you defame me and damage my reputation, I make sure you remember for the rest of your days the day you defamed me. Forget Oyinbo laws, that is justice served!

You defame me because you know nothing will happen, I arrest you because I know nothing will happen and that’s the only language we as Nigerians understand!

If you've carefully read his press release, he has stated clearly that he stood by what he wrote and he is not afraid of any arrest it he has committed any criminality. He finally said, he is in his house that they should come and arrest him.
Those that seek to adduct him are the ones afraid because if they are not afraid why going through the back door to adduct a free citizen with no immunity or even one single police cover. It makes no sense, as we are not in a banana republic nation but a constitutional country.
He was invited first and he was there. He was asked to come back again, and he obliged. In the two instances he was bailed to go on self recognition. He was billed to appear the third time, until Nigerian factor start to rear their ugly head and they began to target his associates to lure him for kidnap.

I know you didn't read the release but just went to quote button to press it and start commenting based on the caption.

There is need to do thing constitutionally. It is Dele Farotimi today, it may be another person tomorrow and if God spares our lives, it may be someone very much close to you. Meaning to say, be very careful of what you support today because no one knows tomorrow.

I support Tony Elumelu for the petition and commend the police for taking swift action to arrest him. We must learn to stop defaming people.......

That's how one lil brat girl allegedly defamed me of which I took swift action by involving the police via petition, it was at the point of arrest, detention and charge to court that she confessed to have wrongly defamed me all because I didn't key into her demands, just imagine!

That is all the police is good for these days arresting on behalf of alleged defamation Petitioners.. undecided

Dele used to be my delight critics, but since he became so obsessed and caustic about issues of Nigeria, to the extent of calling Nigeria a Zoo, I knew he has lost track and objectivity.
Talk is cheap, Nigeria is a difficult country to rule, my own is, be objective and profer solution to issues.

Sowore should be responsible! Being a “human rights lawyer” will not put you above the Law. Address the complaint of Elumelu and say whether or not it has merit.
