Yorubas didn't care before truly. Igbo commissioners and all but yorubas didn't complain. Until Igbo now started saying infact lagos is no man's land that they own lagos and developed it and called yorubas dirty backward people, and were even contesting for governorship claiming they are the owners of lagos.

This is what triggered the yoruba consciousness. I don't pity our people at all. We too do. We too can't tolerate it from another tribe in the South East.

This would have been a great opportunity for the South East and Lagos state government to collaborate in promoting the igbo culture while entertaining tourists this festive season.
