Hello Dear, I have fibroid too about 2.4cm size. i tried a lot of vitamins and supplement but non worked for me rather the fibroid was increasing in size instead. I then discovered Serrapeptase doctors best here. Had to stop all vitamins and started taking it religiously on empty stomach every morning with a change of diet (ate more of veggies and protein). i got pregnant to the Glory of God while still on the second bottle. This just happened few months ago Hope this help and all the best Adebizzy: 3 Likes |

Hi please I need help. I don’t know what else to do. I have been Ttc for years now. I opted for assisted methods after trying for long and running numerous test. I did 3 iui and took in the 3rd time of the iui but miscarried at 6 weeks. I moved to ivf and did 2 ivf all was successful but no fetal heartbeat at 7 weeks and 13 weeks both occasions. The last miscarriage at 13 weeks was a month ago. I did some test after the ivf but nothing was confirmed. Now I don’t know what else ti do. |

Daglo: Be calm my sister Sometimes remove your mind from the condition, you are not the only one going through all that, be calm. I know it's not easy but give yourself a break, submit it all to God and remove your mind from the suitation, believing that God has done it. Allow your hormones to rest, enjoy each day as it comes by pls. After like 3months u see yourself different, happy, and glowing. U can't do anything by worrying |

Hello docs in the house. I am a male. I just suddenly noticed a dull pain on the left side of my scrotum, veins on the left, centre and right sides of my penis shaft (flaccid & erect) and i feel like my testes are kind of slightly heavy. Saggy scrotum too. Does this mean i have Varicocele? What exactly caused this scenario? Or i must visit Urologist first? |

Mummytoo: yes its possible removing fibroids is taking away the bucket full of water the scource of the leak that filled the water was never seal or taking care of so moore leak i.e fibroid is expected Sugar was never the cause of fibroid it only serve as fuel to an existing fire Fibroids is a new chunk our body create when we feed it external scource of estrogen. estrogens is the hormone in our body that grows our sex organ eg: breast and hips so that is were you will find it been used the brother of estrogen is progesterone it stops estrogen from overdoing its job so it tell estrogen to stop when the size of the sex organ has grown to its normal growth . the body makes exactly what it needs fro estrogen and progesterone no more no less it is our way of living that bring external estrogen called phyto estrogen meaning they behave exactly as estrogen behaves therefore our body picks it up and attemp to grow with it it shows up in two forms from the food we eat or our environment ( eg : plastic plates which contains BPA -BPA Bisphenol A you will find in most plastics food containers and cans etc this things distrupt the normal function of our bodies. and they behave like estrogens the ones from food are from plants and any animal being feed groowth hormone. because thes phytoestrogenes are much from our food in todays day and age 90% of flour product has soy aka emulsifiers this emulsifiers are what give flour the silky feel it contains a high percent of estrogene activity so when you chop chin chin , meatpie and bread made with this flour extra estrogen is deposited in the body and the body attempting to save you from yourself piles it up in form of a thick mass what you call fibroid. 5 food are the biggest culprit today 1. soy found in flour products and protein product 2. flax seed used as so called super food never did our grand ma eat these things in the quantity we now eat it. I saw someone selling it as flax seed bars for energy! 3. sesame seeed and oil 4, hummus, edamame 5.Multigrain or Power Seed bread, crackers, cereal 6. some essential oils exclude the citrus family the list is plenty but take your favourite essential oil and supplement and ask co pilot on bing or google ai what is the estrogenic content of for example tumeric you will be dazzlled with how extrogen is present in many things we eat. my biggest surprised and shocker was tumeric! its has a high estrogenic acxtivity I used to eat it in anything and everything once I reduce it and treat it like what it is A powerful herb! the dense painful breast I use to get just before my period disappeared! let the lady look at her diet and creams and plates etc and remove estrogenic exposure it will stop the progression of fibroids 4 Likes |

Daglo:see my post above on estrogen meanwhile the docs should give you reasons why the miscarriage if not we will be guessing In my experience with ladies with reocurring miscarriage it boiled doen to low progesteron to support the growth of the uterus lining to hold the the new life. when estrogen is too high from food and co! progesterone cannot compete best advice for you is scan all your lifestyle for external scource of estrogen and remove and reduce appropriately then eat quality protein let you scource of supplement be liver and kidney and get daily vitamin SUN! 30 mins in it good food is what builds the body supplements are aides not the builders. focus on good meat, fish and vegetable and complex carb if you do this faithfull for 6 to 12 month you body will have revamped all the best 3 Likes |

zemaye: Wow Thank you for this explaination So more tumeric is good? |
Re: Trying To Conceive A Child? TTC by zemaye: 11:49am On Dec 11 |
theres no bad and good food in reality why because a woman that already have excess estrogen do not need any more Tumeric is a plant that has high estrogenic activity. so this woman should limit the use I saw many supplements even hair hot oil treatment with tumeric in many womens daily use explains why the surge of fibroids and its siter wahala is on the rise in women today Tumeric is a powerful herb, can reduce inflammation but you wont say because ampicloox is powerful you will take it with every food you eat daily that is the case of tumeric , it is being over use and the body doesnt care if its reducing infllammation in your gut or body but it will shift the phyo oestriogen it brings to the uterus. a woman in this case should use tumeric sparingly if it me I would eliminate but somepeople have normalize it with cooking so use small small if you use for example 1 spoon per week now use one tiny pinch per week. the body keeps the score , once it notices no fuel to feed fibroid it will do the healing asap. it was designed to self heal we are the ones who dont know how to keep it in the state were it self heal. Shadow0147: I would like to share what really improved mine. I did a combo of regular Exercise (30 minutes run daily) and made juice out of Tiger nut ('Hausa Grandnut.') I also started eating at least one boiled egg per day. I did this for one month and the result was astonishing. Morphology, motility increased. Count had a slight increase but from your submission, your recent count has improved a lot. You just need to make your players run well and faster. I did Zinc too but parameters were the same. Changing diets and daily routine really did it for me. Baby dust to you and your wife. Modified: I included date in the Tiger Nut blend. 1 Like |

Re: Trying To Conceive A Child? TTC by Efewestern: 8:09pm On Dec 17 |
Kingadex60: Bought half basket/modul of the tiger nut and measured dates. We bought them from northern market in our town. It was cheaper. I think the Tiger nuts was #3500 and the dates we bought around #2500. We kept the Tiger nuts and Dates in a dry place and blend some measured cups every morning. My rough estimate will be around 1½ - 2 peak milk tin cup of Tiger nuts and 10-20 dates for each blend (Add water when blending some you get the best of the juice). You can use a blender. After blending, gently squeeze the juice inside a cup. The juice can get bad if not well preserved, that's why I take mine that same day I prepare them. Morning and night. Some people refrigerate theirs. As for the coconut, I only used it once or twice, but date was what was added regularly. It gives the tiger nut juice some extra flavour and adds the right nutrients your body needs. 2 Likes |
