cheesy

But Nigerians are such a special breed sha grin. When we are at the receiving end, then we suddenly remember there is rule of law and existence of constitution. When the CBN through ex CBN Governor was trampling upon Nigerians in the name of new notes creation and cashless policy, they never remembered there was rule of law and constitution protecting the rights of Nigerians...

you have done the calculations cheesy
Ibechris2:
Collect the money and become useful to yourselves.

For those still in their 40's go and invest the money and live a better life thereafter.

80million invested @23% is #18.4million.

18million divided by 12months is #1,533,000.

That is a good salary rather than working to retire at old age.

You see some of the mad people commenting here and you weep for the youths of this country. If not that things have been wickedly perverted, you'll see that the CBN is in serious trouble for that lunatic layoff, even the industrial court judge had to advise for negotiations between both parties. Nigerian youths have been so brainwashed to attack anything that would potentially benefit them or their loved ones if that thing attempts to make their political party or chieftain look bad and in this case, wrongly laid off Central Bank staff. You have a long way to go

We expect secret employments shortly to fill up vacancies created by these abrupt terminations. Nigeria is an action film without an ending.

I am an anti APC but eehhhh CBN was used for Compensation of some cronies and their Recruitment was not made public neither did it follow federal Character.
Those disengaged should just be chopping the money small small

I like how Cardoso is reposition and cleaning the mess there that Emefiele allowed because of some Strong men

True talk,bro!
When their Bro Emiefiele was spending Over NTrillions and Multi - NBillions Anchor Borrowers Farmers Money, they( LP and PDP Sympathersers) were saying,he should Carry On, because they were myopic,as they didn't know he was doing all these( Naira design) to Steal Big and to Prepared himself for Presidential Box.
Now these people have woken up from their Slumber- to know that all was a ruse and the man Emiefiele was just doing Kalokalo- for himself, which has now affected everyone in Nigeria!
So,LP and PDP Sympathersers - how do you now get the Trillions and the Billions ( some are in FOREX) back to the Covers - just because Una can't see the Big Picture then, because no where in the World 🌎 where a Current CBN governor could just want to be President of a Country - is he going to use his money 💰?
May be Una never know that what that man has Stolen will affect Agriculture development, Health Care Delivery, Money for Children Education, Foodstuffs Provisions, etc? Can the CBN do this in China or North Korea or Thailand or in USA?
Make Una de support Evil then, just because the Emiefiele man came from Una side( Tribe).
That is how to Not to Mix Politics with Economy!
What a Country?
Kiss the TRUTH - if this did not happen, during elections!
Oya,make Una de give excuses for Emiefiele,Una brother!

CBN laid many people off. Then turned around and offered some people up to N100m for voluntary resignation. Who wouldn't see this lawsuit coming? People felt cheated cool

Fact is that organization is bloated with incompetent and lazy staff. The time to sanitize it has long been overdue. See the mess in the banking sector in the country, millions of customers are being ripped off with no recourse.

You cant make complaints to any CBN office in the state, if you manage to locate the office the security personnel at the gates will chase you away, if you manage to enter the office the staff will treat you with disdain .

Serves em right, we need competent people who are ready to work not privileged people who are just there for salaries.

It's 'winner takes all' as far as Nigeria is concerned.. the North used the positions of Military Heads of State and President to build quality roads all over Northern Nigeria while neglecting South where bulk of Nigeria's money comes from. They filled their people, including unqualified ones into CBN, NNPC, PTDF and all the key Agencies and Parastatal of Government.

Now that it's Yoruba's turn.. the Northerners should pack their kaya and leave, let Yorubas too enjoy in this dispensation. I expect leadership of NNPC to go to a Yoruba person from either South West or Middle Belt/North Central. What is good for the goose is also good for the gander.

The reason Igbo people voted massively for Obi is not because of competence, but the top positions in Abuja they are eyeing.. If any Igbo tell you he/she voted for competence, tell him/her to stop lying.

the man forced some of the 1000 staff to retire against their wish without consulting them and paid them off with chicken change 1m. it wasn't voluntary. in their usual fashion, he lied like his boss. he compelled and threatened them to retire. where are you guys getting your information from? Most of the guys that were compelled to retire and paid just 1m were still in their 20s and 30s
