Nothing serious has been done by the government to tackle kidnapping. No equipment has been purchased to help track n bring these criminals to justice

What do you want the government to do when the people who are paying the ransom are here defending the kidnappers and turning it into a competition....

Do you have sense at all? I asked you and the senseless dofos that conjured up this fake news, is 39 million naira up to the amount paid weekly in Zamfara state as ransom? Kidnappers and terrorists now run parallel governments in several northern states but relatively peaceful South East is where you all focus. Your lives must be absolutely worthless then.

Do you even know the amount of people kidnapped on Lagos Ibadan expressway everyday? Do you know the amount of ransom yorubas are paying across the South West?

Yes. Just a decade ago, the SE was the safest region in Nigeria. And then some mass psychosis spread through the SE because Buhari won the 2015 election, and we empowered thugs and riffraff, led by a mentally ill charlatan, to terrorize their own people in the name of secession agitation. The chaos and anarchy they brought to the region has created fertile ground for criminality and banditry. Your conspiracy theories cannot negate the fact that residents do not feel safe in Anambra and there's a palpable climate of fear.
Also this impulse for many of you to water down the situation in the SE by pointing to insecurity in the North just shows how small-minded you are. It reminds me a funny cousin I had as a child who finished close to the bottom of his class in school and was telling his parents about the 2 or so students that did worse than him in school. That's exactly how juvenile and shallow you sound. I care about me and my family feeling safe to travel to our hometown when we want. I don't give a flying fucck about what's happening in the North and I don't know how any right thinking Igbo man would be spewing such apologetics.

Im not an igbo man and I would say this is not and never true compared to the NW and NE where bandits kidnap villagers and pay millions to have them back. And alot were also killed along the lines.
