I would think that Eguavon is a mockery of the term "technical director" because he clearly is not. Hello is just a stand-in coach unfortunately.

Hello is eminently qualified to be one but the hawkish politicians wouldn't allow any reasonable thought to prevail.

I thought it was part of the roles of technical teams to shop for coaches.
