Izzyjoy24:I forgot to add that in the invitation letter I did say I will be paying for her application fee, flight, and she’ll be staying with me. So the entire cost of her trip will be covered by me. |

Izzyjoy24:Your prayers and luck worked. Many couples in fact some children invited their mums and stated clearly that they are paying 100% yet they refused thier parents in the claim that they didn't submit personal bank statement 1 Like |

davodyguy:Thank you, Yes you are right. Perhaps it also depends on how much they’ve submitted in their bank statement. My older sister also applied last year when I had baby. After two refusals and I followed all the guidelines here she cleaned up her statement for 6 months and was also approved in Feb24. |

Hello house Please I want to apply for UK visa for a visit in March. If I had known before now that I needed to travel, I would have put my account in order (I received credit alerts from multiple sources other than my employer). Pls is this a big risk I’m taking? Or do I just calm down and explain every credit alert in a letter? |

Please, I hope the monthly interest from the bank into my account won't affect the statement account |

kentdealer: Mine was flagged as unknown funds in my first application, although it was written “credit interest “. So make sure to explain that on so so date, this amount was a credit interest from the bank. If you can also contact your bank and asked them what credit was that, they will say it’s a credit interest or so so. Then add the email to your explanation as well. That’s all. I did this in my second application, so make sure you do it in your first now. |

I'm in the same situation as you right now and about to nervously submit my application next week lol, but I'd say it depends on what the credit alerts are for. If these were just due to transaction reversals, just explain in your cover letter, then attach email evidence from anyone in your bank confirming that the credit alerts were due to transaction reversals after debits for failed transactions like I did. However, if these inflows are from other sources, I suggest delaying your application till your account statements are clean and going forward, use only your salary account for inflows from your employer (unless there are transaction reversals, which can be justified after debits for failed transactions), then another account for inflows from other sources. Sarina6002: Submit copies of your children's birth certificates and data pages of their passport (if they have) For your business, submit certificate of incorporation and evidence of the tax you pay. You can add invoices, evidence of payment received for jobs done / services rendered to your customer etc. Your business card. etc |

kentdealer: No, it will not. Print out the statement and use a pen to circle the interest, then add a short note. 1 Like |
