What are the metrics of performance

Who conducted it? Who funded it?

When was it done? 2019? 2024? Or 2019-23?

How did they arrive at the results?

I know how PR works. In the next few years, some people will use this picture that any kid can design as poster of performance. There are many political jobbers in Nigeria and I know how the game works. I can design a poster like this and put my favorite politician there. If the mod put a warning that it is the Op's opinion, I would understand.

Enugu state governor deserve to be on that list....Even Akwa ibom state governor that emerged the Arise tv governor of the year is missing on the list.
