They are religious organization for a reason. Jesus did not set up religious organization to have followers. Those organization are set up by men and they have policies and procedures put in place to ensure the survival of whatever they set up. Any member that decides not to act accordingly will be killed by the policies and procedures. Na barracks, soldier go soldier come. Jesus did not ask anyone to follow men.
