The monies were forfeited because someone paid dirty monies into his account, the FBI then got a temporary order to stop the account being operated, he then went to court and showed proof that the monies were not his, hence the non criminal forfeiture order as part of the deal to allow a struggling student continue to operate his account.

Feel free to go to a public place and make the allegation again so his lawyer can sue you and you can bring your "fact" laced proof.
