Techno all the way, leave name, encourage and buy good product. Just like when i bought my Matsui TV 7yrs ago b4 i dash it out, never repaired it once-the seller said leave the name LG and buy good TV. I came to love the Matsui, its cheaper and bright and has more function to LG, like a PIN code request each time yoy power the TV On. So #Team Techno#

Abeg, Berem park one side. Me i don use china phone, use korea phone (samsung) and i'm telling you that there is a big difference between CAPITAL B na OKPA EFI. Take it or leave it.

It's worth noting that the price of the S3 is about 67k which is less than double that of the phantom.

Secondly, the Phantom lacks any form of screen protection and so will easily scratch.

With the S3 you're guaranteed at least 2-3 updates but on the Phantom you're stuck with ICS.

The S3 also has a better battery life in actual use maybe cos of its better processor and quite smaller screen.

Samsung products have been tried and tested and shown to be strong unlike Tecno which is rather unproven.

You also have to take into consideration the resale value. After using the S3 for 2 years you can still sell it for good money but the Phantom even if it lasts upto 2 years, would be worth peanuts.

Lastly, the S3 is in a higher social class than the Phantom which is still largely considered cheap and sub-standard.


In summary, the Phantom is a fantastic purchase for its price but the S3 is better.

Beemer vs Kia...apt comparison...sure a Kia is nice and all and will get you where you need to go, but one second sitting inside a Beamer of the same year, engine capacity etc will show you why theres such a huge price differential

Tecno should try and produce equivalence of galaxy tabs, and every where 'l be tecno all the way.Big ups to tecno.

All I see is the difference between EXCELLENCE and MEDIOCRITY.

Please the poster should kindly note that Samsung Galaxy S3 has been globally recognised as one of the global leader in smartphone/android platform until the introduction of the likes of Samsung Galaxy S4, HTC One, and Sony Xperia Z. Tecno is nmot rated as a global brand and online and global benchmarking sites like GSM Arena and other do not really reckon with it. That does not mean it is not a good phone. However, the repeated comparism of Tecno and samsung is sickening.

Those that want to use Samsung should do so while those that want Tecno should also use their in peace.
