op is deluded. My wife had two jobs as a pharmacist in Nigeria. The 2nd wasn't really a job but more of a consultant role. Her main employer, a big private hospital and the other at a community pharmacist. Apart from her salary in the hospital, she also gets paid 50k a month at the community pharmacist for just appearing once a week.

Lol funny thread. Everybody feeling obligated to defend their disciplines. True, these things hardly matters in naija cos we don't effect the standards and we aren't a principled society.

And sometimes, I wonder how much the community pharmacy was making per week to pay my spouse. 50k for 4days in a month.

Spot on bro...You took these words right from my mouth. I'm a computer science graduate so I can perfectly relate with this.
Computer science is over rated to you and the guy because you guys don't know why you studied it.

I know of a company in Nigeria that has computer science graduates who have not done NYSC. Two were employed while they were still students.

Why did you study computer science if I may ask?

[(1). Accounting
this course is overrated,i wonder why someone would spend years studying this course when my sister had B.sc in Biochemistry, went for a 7months training and she is now working in a bank.]

Your sis went for traing to undastnd d basics bout banking ethics nd collection of tellers nd posting transactions on Finacle.
Even wen an accountin grad is employed by a bank, he/she is stil subjected to such training. Dats to tel u its nt accountin dats been tut @ d training.

Again al oda ascertions bout oda subjects are just too incorrect, no offence

Op, you reason like an illiterate. If it's so easy to read and pass any of these courses with good grades, then put your money where your mouth is, go back and study those courses one by one.
