Your document can only be received when ebay sends You the gateway/link for U to upload your docs.
This link will be given to You when You call them and let them know you've been asked to provide some docs.
I still ve the link, but won't post it here, cos some mofos re busy copying all the ebay tips on these thread for their ebooks.

Not necessary, as regards d ebay, paypal issh, who suspended u? Ebay or paypal? As earlier said by someone, a mail should b sent to u, where u see a link, that automatically directs u to d resolution centre page where u upload the documents, u could mail ebay customer care, likewise paypal..that link is all you need, when I had mine..got d link directing me to where I did d upload and it was the resolution centre, nothing to soo worry about, your very early transactions will give issues like this by the time u buy often and pay, all d issues will stop.. takia
