1. Samsung S4 (fairly mint used)
2. Lg L90 dual (brand new)

I have a budget of 35k, kind of confused wich to go for, my main interest are good battery, camera, nd swift general phone performance.

I seriously doubt that it would work.Your best option is to create a wi-fi hotspot from your computer if you use a dongle or connect to the wi-fi router if you have one.

My HTC android phone, the bluetooth can not be switched on..I have been trying to make it work...

Scroll to the one that ends with MMC and enter that would solve your problem by resseting it and flash it with it's stock ROM
