He can not call Uche. Uche does not want to play for him. Coach Keshi can not force him.

As for Martins, he might invite him but in crucial game like this, you can just invite Martins, today we played the long ball strategy and had two big men fighting for the ball. Martins or Uche will not perform with this strategy.

What the Coach should do is change his strategy and get players who are skillful on the ball to play the attacking role.

Mikel will be the one to pave way for better player like kelechi to do the magic, Uche denied it on his twitter account.... Bro keshi can is a big liar bro

Stephen Ikenshi must go. He has cost us another nations cup because of his sentiments in making selection for our national team.

My brother i need to give you an advice, stop using the failure of other people as an excuse. Not only in sport but all other area. Why cant Algeria, Togo, Mali, South Africa, Mozambique say the same (They all won there match today)? Will they say because Almighty Spain got humiliated at the just concluded world cup then they would sit back and get humiliated also and use Spain example as there own yardstick for excuse?
The fact is that you are jumping off point.

The point was that someone wrote that Coach Keshi did poorly at the World Cup. I said with the challenges he had, he did a good job.

Teams have their up and down times. South Africa did not go to the last World Cup. So them sailing now does not make them on a higher pedestal.

Keshi thinking about who to blame for today's result....

Fifa thinking about how to make Nigeria drop in the next rankings.

South Africa thinking if Congo can do it in Calabar....We can also do it in Abuja....

so on point.

If anyone is lying, it is Uche. The truth is that he was invited for the Congo game. A member of the coaching crew called him for his passport.

Can he Uche say he was not called to submit his passport? Why did he not submit his passport?

Now who is lying.

Mikel is on the bench at Chelsea because of the competition there.

In today's game, Mikel was the best player for Nigeria. Why should he be blamed when players like Emenike was awful. Emenike had a worse performance than his game at South Africa which was terrible.

What beats my imagination is how Nigerians tend to predict scores like 3:1, 4:1 in favour of Nigeria before a match starts. I cant just help but wonder the last time Nigeria scored. 4 goals in a match.

Stephen KC should quit because luck is no
longer on his side. Football is 80% Tactic and
20% Luck. We've exhausted our 20% lifeline-
it's time to get Tactical. The way our Players
plays most at times without any iota of
passion it seem difficult to differetiate bw Training from competitive match. Apart from
Discipline and fear KC has added no value to
the Super Eagles mode of mismatch.

Iheanacho's role has been changed by Coach Pellegrini and his crew. He is now a striker. Not a midfielder. In his U20 team, Coach Manu Garba has listed Nacho as a striker. So changing his role in the National team will affect his development.

If anyone should pave way for Nacho, it is Emenike. Ironically, my worst player on the pitch today.

Sudan knock Eagles out of Nations Cup, win 1-0

Sudan on Saturday effectively put paid to any desire of Nigeria to defend their title at the African Cup of Nations in Morocco next year by beating the Super Eagles 1-0 in Khartoum.

The pathetic Eagles, which had lost 2-3 to Congo in the Group A qualifier opener in Calabar before escaping with a 0-0 scoreline against the Bafana Bafana of South Africa, could not equalise a 42nd minute goal scored by the Sundanese on Saturday, in a match the Nigerians were expected to win to have any chance of picking a ticket to Morocco.

The Eagles will play a reverse group qualifying match against Sudan in Abuja on Wednesday.

South Africa shot the the top of the group table with an emphatic 2-0 win over host Congo in Brazzaville on Saturday.

The Bafana Bafana have seven points followed by Congo with six points while Sudan occupy the third position with three points while Nigeria have one point to stay rooted to the bottom of the group’s table.

If you watched the game today, you would know Mikel was the best player for Nigeria. If he was a torment to you , what where players like Echiejile and Emenike to you? A wonderful sight to behold?

Monsiuer Keshi just had himself crucified. He chose his team. He designed it just as he wanted. He must accept every flak from football loving Nigerians and leave the post with immediate effect. There's no reason even to continue as he's yet to sign a new contract. To me, walking away is the only reasonable thing to do. Apology? Not even necessary.

A doomed dog will never heed the hunter's whistle. Let's thank him for the past and let him go. It's time to hire someone with sound knowledge of how football should be played.
