Funny, I have wondered about same for a long while. I think it has to do with the time set your broker's servers but I am not sure if MT4 has a feature to adjust it.

You can click this www.dailyfx.com. you only need to click the CALENDER and you will find all the news of the week. today GBP inflation rate affected it. Meanwhile you need to arm yourself with both technical and fundamental analysis to be an authority is this forex market.
