I think that has to do with the genes, i eat dinner 9pm and I even eat in the midnight around 3am, because I love food.
I inherited my mom's genes, her two sisters are petite with flat tummy even after dropping 3kids each, my mom was a petite woman too.
So no matter what I eat I still end up like this, been 45kg for 7years now and I eat like an elephant, don't judge me by my look when it comes to food o.

I totally agree. Maybe you eat healthy foods. Many foods especially junks are badly made. I guess you're active during the day too e.g taking intermittent treks or any form of locomotion and with a 'slim/petite' gene, you're good to go.

Healthy food but all carb, Eba, Amala, rice, Yam, Bread. It's been a long while I had fruits sef. But ure right, I trek a lot.

That is 1 pack. Exercise, fruits, veg, eating the right food at the right time. They should stop eating late.
