Which,exercise: Sit ups,jogging,skipping,cycling,dancing,swimming etc.

Datz why when u take a typical 9ja gurl to a restaurant/fast food joint & u ask her to pick what ever she wants,she picks & picks & might mistakenly pick d attendant as well....Forgetting that all she took goes into her stomach.

I av a friend who used to be .She registered in a gym and she was given kinda foods to eat e.g brown rice,reduced palm oil intake(use olive oil),avoid oily fishes,remove d skin of chicken b4 eating,take skimmed milk,drink lota water,take fruits and the quatity of food must be defined...u must av a digital scale.

D last time I saw her,she was


Natural metabolism reduces wit age and dis is d reason why u must work extra as u age.

To me, "pot belly" simply symbolizes "obesity" or "overweight." Young girls do not pay attention to what they eat anymore, rather they order for more foods that contain high calories of fats and carbohydrates. Infact, they have penchant for foods and drinks and want to eat everything at the fast-food restaurant. Lack of excercise is also a major problem. They do not excercise but sitdown and gossip about men and elaborate ways on how to milk us :-)
