Mannylex: I thought SA chipped in they wont mind hosting despite CAF indecision about where to shift the game to?.They have the facilities standby. If those pilfering bubbleheads in govt had vision for the country, this are infrastructural projects worth investing in to make Nigeria attractive choice. Not just build one stadium in one state and start bragging . |

Abeg, they re doing the right thing, ebola is no joke, is a vry fatal disease, highly contagious, and vry hard to contain the spread, caf should postpone that tournament, when this raging killer epidemic slows down, then it can be hosted. Abeg ooo.. 1 Like |

If South Africa host the tournament then its good for Nigeria cos they are in our group and that means two other countries apart from south Africa will come from our group courtesy of SA hosting |

All of you congratulating Morocco will still pity them when CAF hammer land ontop their head. They should be banned from the nxt three editions, and also banned from hosting any competition for the nxt 20yrs. With proper screening ebola should not be a problem, btw, Liberia and sierra leone can't even qualify. So why press the panick button. |

CAF would always act as if humans are invincible. When Angola hosted the competition, Togo national team were attacked when they tried to use road transport, some of their players were killed. They almost didn't want to play in that tournament, but CAF came and was talking all sort of trash without any remorse. Zambia national team died on a plain crash before Tunisia 94, the country wanted out but CAF said no way. Issah Hayatu is aged and needs to be replaced. Cameroon his country should even host for once. We have countries who have hosted twice already. Mr president try and host Africa in January in your own country and see your country disappoint you. Move the dem thing oga. I will suggest may/June for this tournament every 2 years. So all our players in Europe can be available and have enough time to train and blend players. 2 Likes |

mrofficial:why? They should cancel the tournament! We have a disease spreading like wildfire and you're talking soccer. They did the right thing. If SA and Ghana wants to be the hosts...fine. But they should also be ready to bear the consequences. 2 Likes |

Morocco is a racist country. Do you know that Morocco is the only country not part of the African union. I hope CAF ban them for life. |

I support Morocco on this the risk is not worth taking at all, people are dying everyday in Liberia because of this ailment. The Nigerian government has not shown seriousness in containing this disease because schools have resumed but there are no thermometers or hand sanitisers for the pupils to use as promised by the government. The use of this equipments are no longer enforced in public places. Therefore we should stop basking in the euphoria that we've defeated Ebola as it is not yet Uhuru........ 1 Like |

I will not entirely blame Morroco for taking such a decision. The Ebola issue is a very serious one, even the US with its medical might is still grappling with the disease outbreak on her soil to the extent that they had to refer the latest case to a different health institution for care, signaling a loss of confidence in the hospital where Mr Duncan was initially managed before his death.Morroco probably realized the pressure of handling the preparation for the tournament which include the stadia, hotels and so on, coupled with the number of tourists and sport fans that would grace the event, and having to add this to monitoring of health of visitors during this period. It is just not an easy job.I am sure they would have asked themselves whether it worths the stress and whether they could come out unscathed.I wish any country that opts to replace Morroco all the best. Its truly not an easy task. 1 Like |

Let SA host it, so that means 3teams will qualify from her group. Southafrica-host-automatic qualification Congo-qualify Nigeria-qualify Sudan-to replace morocco. But on a serious note, why sierreleone were allowd to play the qualifiers? |
