I feel sorry for chief Martin Agbaso who in my opinion is a good politician and party man. He brought in Okorocha to run on APGA he built from the scratch not minding his own ambitions. But okorocha screw him over.

I'm still trying to decide which between the 2007 mago mago and Okorocha imbroglio will he regard as the darkest period in his political career.

Agbaso won 2007 elections. we all know the story.. Rochas rode on his back to Douglas house in 2011. If Imo PDP is a right thinking party, they'll give agbaso the ticket and let's see if Rochas stands a chance. But unfortunately, Imo PDP is in class of its own.

From the reality on ground Rochas might just win re-election.

Ihedioha will get the PDP ticket but may have to wait till 2019 to move into the government house.

Agbaso while an influential politician, is known for making series of miscalculations. I think he is re-joining PDP rather too late to make any reasonable impact. He has very little structure at the moment.

Ararume will not win. The odds are stacked against him because his kinsman frittered the goodwill accorded Okigwe zone.

Besides, his emergency will distort the present structure/arrangement because he would be angling for two terms. He happens to also come from a politically disadvantaged zone.

I have no time for speaking tongue in cheek. Take it from good authority that Ararume has almost zero chance of emerging as the flag bearer of PDP.

He has his kinsman Ohakim to contend with. I don't think you understand the political configuration of Imo politics. Okigwe zone has only 6 small LGs against Orlu's gigantic 12 while Owerri has 9.

Owerri people believe Okigwe zone have served out their tenure in Ohakim. Take it from me that the next governor of Imo state after Rochas will not come from Okigwe zone. You can place a finger on that...
