HenryIX: The Investment in FD is acceptable, the inclusion of the investment certificate will also suffice. It is always risky with post mail, especially with NIPOST. As it is,you can only wait for the ECA result as there is no way to track the exact location. |

I also used post mail by Nipost to and fro without any issues. I think Nipost is very efficient now. |

yokus:Even if the DD is available, I'll advise u to use GTbank cc. I used cc and I've received PER. For those using cc, just ensure ur card is not expiring soon and maintain a minimum of 86k at all time, then look for a safe place and drop the card, cos if the card gets trapped in another ATM, the new CBN directive to banks is to crush every trapped ATM card and also to avoid misplacing ur card. Before submitting ur application take an extra day to just go through all ur forms and documents, better to submit later than to get the app rejected cos of a little error. solomonwis, nice one. keep it up Goodluck 1 Like |

zeelo2014: I honestly think we should just relax and stop worrying about whether debit cards will be debited or not cos it will, all things being equal. The Ebola scare may have been the reason why there has been a slow down. Now that we have been certified clean and free by WHO. All backlogs will be cleared. We should stay positive. |

Does anyone know how CIC computes the number of years for work experience? Mine is: Company A: Dec. 2005 - March 2006 (48hrs./week) Company B: August 2006 - June 2009 (48hrs./week) Company C: November 2009 - November 2010 (48hrs./week) Company D: November 2011 - November 2013 (48hrs./week) *Does the new Schedule 3 form determines that below 1 year experience is not included in the computation? Upon my agency's computation, remark this as 5 years which falls to 13 points only, but I need 15 points in order to get that 67 point mark. Please help! Thank you so much!! |

Check www.physiciansapply.ca You start by opening an account with physicians apply, paying the prescribed fee with a mastercard. You would have to download some forms with which you would send notarised copy of your international passport, degree certificate or transcript, then your passport photograph. You would initiate a source verification request from your account, pay their fees and send your documents. when they receive it they would asses it if acceptable they would send to ecfmg their contractor experienced in international credential verification services. ecfmg would then send it to the provost of your college of medicine who will confirm the authenticity of your certificate, note ecfmg has a data base and signatures of all provost of colleges of medicine in nigeria. Once your provost verifies it is sent back to ecfmg , they would then informm mcc that your cert. is genuine, you wolud the request for and eca report after paying the prescribed fees. For africa in theory tjis takes 109 days. The trick is this, once you initiate the process keep at tab on the secretary to the provost so you can be informed once ecfmg sends your certificate for verification. Once it is sent pay the neccessary fees and drop enough money for it to be sent back by courier, ecfmg would send a postage paid envelope it might take forever to get back to ecfmg. I think not sure anyway you can pay for couriet to pick up your documents from ecfmg to your provost, cant really remember now. If you start the process and go to sleep it might take 12 months, follow up closely is the key. If you graduated from oouth I can give you a link. When you get to the physiciansapply.ca page click on the login tab, then click on create account link then take itfrom thete. 2 Likes |
