I wnt u 2 realise that any woman that could treat u like a sub-human did'nt deserve u.Life is beautiful & so is marriage-if u find ur God-given partner.Its a bond that was ordained by our Maker cos he knew its essence. Two are better than 1 remember,if u're ill,d immediate person dat'll cater 2 u is ur wife,u need her as ur other half & above all,ur partner in life.They'll come a time u'll be tired of being single & crave a woman's attention,its very natural.Don't be so upset to the extent of writing off women 4 life.Life is full of challenges,but that can't stop us all 4rm relishng d best moments & dealing with d bad moments it throws at us.Just calm down,u'll find true love someday,& this thread will be a distant memory.

I am a self sustaining realist. hv I ever been on lyf support because of d lack of a woman in my lyf? if at all der was such a tym I was at d brink of death, it was because of a woman in my lyf! I personally think marriage should be like football contracts, you renew it whenever your contract expires if you are still up for it. So if you come to hate each other or have 'irreconcilable differences', you can both take a walk.
P.s: I factored the kids in it too if you do have kids. Since it was a clean split, you'll be able to see whichever is with your spouse (if you do have kids.).

I quit agree with your very intelligient and valid assertions but here is why we guys are more afraid of mariage than death.
In marriage the odds that you would sink is 90%
men are generally responsible for only one person, ourselves. So when a woman comes into the equation that is an added compulsory even if that woman is the most lovable flawless angel..
Here is the bad part, that a man may be able to cope with the added evil, women with their nature like the Op pointed out. Makes it suicidal to even try.

And as if thats not bad enough, the children starts rolling in. An average woman wants nothing less than four kids.
Mind you men cares for 'only themselves or ourselves'

For me, real love doesn't exist, if you want to die early, try trusting a woman. But we can not @ the same time 'throw away the child and the bathwater'. Let marriage be a matter of conscious choice and not just a cultural thing.
