Hey, hey, hey! May be you shouldn't harshly judge these "puccified men and women" as you call them. Crying isn't just for babies. It's a way of expressing various emotions for adults as well. Personally, I wish I were a crier. A close friend of mine died in March this year on the operation table and I've never cried. I thought I'd cry at her burial but I was busy forming "strong" for people. I still think about her and even see her in my dreams and my mum says it could be because I never really mourned for her. May be if I was like Goitse, I would have let it all out by now.
