A friend of mine gave another friend 660 euro's to make a paypal payment for him. Both are residents in Naija.

Friend B(who is supposed to pay via paypal) said he mistakenly sent the money to another paypal account. What really happened was: Friend A had an email link from the merchant he wanted to pay. The link contained merchants name, paypal address etc. Now friend A forwarded that mail to Friend b for payment.

Hours later,friend B calls to say he mistakenly sent the money to another paypal account. Someone he's had a transaction with in the past. Now, its almost 3 weeks, the guy that was mistakenly sent the money has since claimed it., has refused to return it. Friend A is worried, needs the money badly.

My questions :
How could friend B have made that mistake ?
How can the money be retrieved?

Let's assume he made the mistake which I'm sure he didn't,he should be refunded once he/she contact the account owner.
If the account owner didn't refund it willingly,he should create/file/open a dispute on the transaction and he will surely get the money
back.

Anyways,that is his own problem/palava as he should refund you if he is saying he can't get the money back because that is a big lie.

contact the seller, the seller printed usps shipping label but never dropped off at usps office.

The people involved are people I trust, do I'm being very careful. I told my husband who uses paypal frequently and he not just was pissed I asked such a mumu question but is equally dismissed the whole thing as scam.

Yes, you can pay to the ecobank account on your invoice, please include your invoice # in your bank payment details. email payment@lsmglobalshipping.com after payment so he can update your invoice. You can present your paid invoice to Ndidi during pick up.

I only shipped 2 items under your name unless you ordered with another name which will be invoiced under new name. The best way will be to check the tracking # if the seller can provide. If not, proceed with case. After you open a case seller will either provide the tracking # for us to verify delivery to my office or refund your money.
