I've been following this thread silently... guess its time i check in. Please house, i'm a 2.1 graduate (3.56/5.00) inspiring to run a masters program in canny. I intend obtaining M.Eng in mining engineering. Applied to mcgill and queens uni. Now, my little comma is:
(1). I had a 2:1, however 3.56/5.00. Do i stand a chance of getting admitted in2 any of the aforementioned uni?
(2). Is it necessary i send a copy of my secondary school transcript, although, i've sent my uni trans.
(3). don't have any 1 in canny and judging from all i've read on this thread, we have a whole lot of dudes here in canny. please, what are the prospects of securing a job after masters{particularly in engineering, if possible mining engineering..... done my research online.... all i see is sweet news about canny and mining..... but fact is, all we see online are uploaded by dudes....so having a factual answer from someone over there is more authentic than internet info. Thanks

I had the exact same GPA you had and I got accepted. So yes, it is possible. I would advice you apply to two more schools if you have the $100 so as to increase chances or you correspond with potential supervisors in those schools you applied to. Btw, my school is Windsor.

use dat to access the portal.for now its just 4 u to start feeling like a Humberian,nothing more until u get admitted. Then u can see more options when u loggin. If u haven't sent ur transcript they'll request it in jst over a weeks time or so. Be patient,u'll get admitted.
