This guy just killed my zeal for writing. He has two of my stories on his Facebook page, receiving praise and accolades for my effort. I'm just demoralised. I spend hours thinking and mapping out a story, trying to put thought into words, while the he just wants to copy and paste. Why are Nigerians like this? How can you reap where you did not sow? Pls nairalanders and guests help me, lets invade his fb wall and twitter handle, let his followers know he is a plagiarist.......... I'm just sad

That fool is a plagiarist, please look at the time of update on each episode, both on nairaland the and his webpage, you ll know who the original author is and who the plagiarist is. If I can't control this, I ll discontinue the story. If he is the original author let him finish it. I can't stand someone feeding off my intellectual property. I have completed two other stories, i don't think I ll paste the them. I ll just sell it to a blogger, at least I ll make some money from them........ Is there anyway to contact us this coolvall?

There was a time I saw my story on a guy's blog...
I tend to always write my stories in the first person singular, giving my readers the impression that a lady is the author...
This guy took his time to change the feminine expressions and made it look like the story was from his own personal experience...
I just laughed over it anyways...

Why did u do this to Dicefrost Why did you not take permission from him? What you did is not fair. It is pure PLAGIARISM and it is a criminal offence. U even went as far as including in your website that nobody should copy/steal your story when, in essence, you were copying/stealing and pasting somebody else's story. Very bad of you.

You must be out of your mind to say this, someone work hard, extremely hard to come up with something this creative, you still it without permission from the author or credit and you have the guts to say its all for fun, you have no remorse . You owe dicefrost an apology.

And really, if nairaland will not protect your property, why not start tour own blog and protect it yourself. I know other blog I read that you cannot copy their work, it will tell you that the function is not available. Think about it.

Every story writer faces this situation. You can't believe the number of facebook pages created everyday by attention seeking peeps to steal and gain admiration with peoples stories... Mind you, creating your own blog won't stop them from copying the story from there... Mine was copied for two years until i discovered the medicine....

Hmmmmm, i just dey observe!
