I ship what I receive and invoice with the exact name on the package, you will need to contact your seller to find out what name they used to ship. Checked all packages with no names and none appears to be phones. If you paid with someone's PayPal account it wouldn't have your name on it.

I paid with my PayPal. Same paypal account I used to pay for all others. It came in before nov3 shipping. You might have probably shipped it.. I have bn requesting for invoice and status of my item since nov1 and u just replied 3days ago...I sincerely hope you get this resolved soon..i will contact seller to verify name on package and also am sending krixmas to pick up my item of nov3....thank you

Still confirm with the seller for the exact name used. Like i always tell some customers, if it shows delivered to my office its probably on the way to Lagos, i don't always open every package i received. I will have Ndidi check your package to confirm if these bb phones are among your Nov 10th shipment.
